It's Christmas Eve and Larry was coming home to spend it with me. I called Khadija to see what she was doing I wanted to look extra special for him when he got here.

There was silence.

"I'm about to take a shower and go to the mall with Khadija."

I stopped in the candy store because my baby loves himself some junk food then made my way to the jewelry store to pick up his watch chain and ring. We stopped to get some lunch before heading into the shoe store I bought him a pair of Jordans and a couple of hats then bought myself some boots and a few pair of stilettos. We went to the nail salon and got our nails done before heading back to my place.

After Khadija left I began to prepare dinner for Larry I cleaned the house placing candles and rose petals everywhere before getting myself together. As I was pulling the food from the oven I heard a key in my lock my heart begin to pound and my kitty began to drip because in a few seconds daddy was about to walk through the door.
