Megan’s P.O.V. :
“What’s happening Doctor?!?” I heard Travis’s voice as Doctor Simon’s blurry figure hovered over me and I felt him pushing the stretcher I was on.
“I’m not sure! Just now everything was fine during the check-up!” Doctor Simon’s voice rang in my ears.
God this pain is so unbearable… Wait… My babies!
My eyes flew open as I grabbed the nearest hand to me which was Doctor Simon’s arm.
“Megan! Thank god you’re still conscious!” Ricky exclaimed, he was also running alongside the stretcher.
“Doctor… Save my children first please…” I pleaded and Travis shook his head and looked at Ricky.
“Use your Alpha tone on the doctor! Save Megan first!” Travis growled and Ricky didn’t know whose’ request to follow as I looked at Ricky with pleading eyes.
“Please Ricky…” I begged but he bit his lip and looked at Doctor Simon.
“Save her first…” he said firmly in his Alpha tone. I tightened my grip on Doctor Simon’s arm and he winced in pain.
“Save my CHILDREN first!” I yelled in my Luna tone.
That’s the thing about being a pregnant Luna, you have more power when it comes to matters of your children…
“I’m sorry Alpha Ricky and Alpha Travis… The Luna’s order bound me…” Doctor Simon said grimly as he quickly wheeled me into the emergency room.
“No!!!” Travis’s voice boomed as we all heard he smashed his fist through the wall…

Travis’s P.O.V. :
Not after I’m just reuniting with my soul mate and children…
Not like this…
“Big brother!!!” a little girl’s voice called and Ricky and I turned to a small girl running towards him. “What happened to Teacher Megan?!?” she demanded.
I’m guessing Ricky is her elder brother and Megan is her teacher…
“Alison!!!” a lady in her 40s ran after the girl. “I told you to wait up for me didn’t I?!?” she scolded as she stopped in front of us and hugged Ricky.
“Oh honey I’m so sorry…” she said and Ricky just sighed as he hugged her back.
“It’s okay Aunt May. I just hope everything will be fine… It’s harder on her soul mate…” Ricky said as he gave me an equally pained look.
After a while of talking and introduction, the emergency room door opened and Doctor Simon came out with a grim face.
“How is she?!?” I demanded as I grabbed his collar and Ricky had to hold me back.
“Settle Travis… Calm down…” he said in his Alpha tone and I had no choice but to give in a bit since we’re both equals…
“I’m changing shift with another surgeon. Her placenta broke from the lining. Maybe due to the weight of 4 babies, maybe due to the stress she’s been experiencing, I don’t know. But she’s been losing a lot of blood. As of now, she and the babies are still alive…” Doctor Simon answered as he took of his latex gloves which were soaked in blood.
