Little Announcement

I honestly had the intention of dropping this story but some people commented that they wanted me to update. So here it is, the first update in almost two years. I'm a little rusty with the feel of the characters so they might not be quite accurate.

Karma POV

I take out my phone and dial Ritsu's number telling her to issue a level five emergency then hung up immediately. After making a few more calls, I turn around and ran outside of the cabin.

- Karma! Slow down, what's going on? Who took Nagisa?

- Not now Retsu!

I reach the river banc where Nagisa and the class had gone while I was working and see no one there. There are tire tracks seeped into the dirt and the faint smell of chemicals in the air.

- Tell me what happened?

- Umm, everything was normal till a van showed up and thru grenade looking things out of the windows. Then there was a lot of smoke and everyone started passing out. I started feeling dizzy and fell to the ground but I was able to see military looking people getting out of the car and started gathering up everyone and putting them into the car. Teach tried fighting them off but she couldn't do much with so many hostages and the gas. More vans showed up and they took everyone.

- How are you still here then?

- I, I crawled into the forest and hid.

- Coward.

- I'm not a coward, there was nothing I could do ok! This is so fucked up...

I ignore his rant and start heading back towards the cabin to get my stuff. After grabbing the essentials, I head back outside and wait. This kid was really starting to get on my nerves. If he doesn't stop talking, I'm going to sow his mouth shut.

- Listen you little shit. Nagisa has been kidnaped and I'm going to go save her. All you have to do is shut your mouth and wait. Go torture some weakling or something but if you get in my way, I'll show you a world worse than death. Now shut up and do everything I say.

A helicopter arrives to pick us up and I tell the diver to take us to my house. From there, I take Ritsu with me and drive to the base of the hill located on Kunugigaoka Junior High school ground. The place was declared a forbidden zone after the incident. Plus,the fact that we own the mountain.
