I ran through the entrance of Rivendell on my black stallion, Shadow, wearing my ranger traveling clothes with two swords criss-crossed on my back along with a quiver of arrows, and my bow in my left hand. I stopped Shadow in the middle of the courtyard and quickly swung my right leg over him landing on the ground lightly. I had my hood up so my face was unseen by onlookers. A stable-hand came forward and I handed the reigns over to him.

"Thank you," I said to him in elvish with a slight nod. He bowed slightly and took Shadow to the stables. Then an elf walked over to me gracefully.

"Welcome back, Lady Akaka. Follow me. Lord Elrond has asked to see you upon your return. Follow me," the elf said to me in elvish. I nodded and followed him up some stairs. After a few minutes, we stopped in front of a closed door. The elf opened the door for me & I walked in, giving the elf a nod of thanks. When I entered the room, it was a bedroom with a full size bed in the middle of the back wall, dressers on either side of the bed, a doorway to the left that lead to the balcony, which looked over Rivendell, and a door on the right that leaded to the washroom. Also in the room, I saw four halflings, one of which was lying down on the bed, who looked ill, and the other three were standing around the bed looking worried for their friend, an elf sat next to the ill halfling healing him, and a man, who I haven't seen in many years named Thorongil, dressed in attire very similar to my own stood a little ways from the bed with his arms crossed over his chest and his feet at shoulder's width.

After I looked at the people in the room, my eyes turned back to the halfling on the bed. What felt like a trance, I walked over to the bed opposite of the elf without taking my eyes off of the halfling. I slowly lifted my hood off my head revealing my black hair with highlights of white in random places, my ice blue eyes, and elf like features. The elf turned to me slightly and nodded to acknowledge my presence.

"Akala. I am glad you have received my message," he said softly then he turned back to the halfling he was healing.

"Lord Elrond," I said with respect, placing my right hand over my heart, bowing my head. For I have learned how to respect him over the years where we have crossed paths. "What happened to the halfling?" I asked, curiously.

"He, his fellow hobbits, and I crossed paths with the Nazgul at Weathertop on our way here from Bree," Thorongil started saying. I looked at him when he spoke. "One of them stabbed Frodo with a Morgal Blade. Arwen came to our aid and ran him here on Asfaloth," he explained. My eyes widened slightly at this news and I looked back at the halfling, Frodo.

"He is quite fortunate that my daughter arrived when she did. If it was any later, he would have been beyond my aid," Lord Elrond said, standing up from the bed. "Akala. Will you wait outside the room for me? I will be there shortly," Lord Elrond said in Elvish. I bowed my head.

"Of course my lord," I replied in Elvish. I left the room, placing my cloak's hood back on top of my head and leaned against the wall on the right side of the door with my arms crossed against my chest, my right ankle crossed over my left ankle, and my head bowed a little.

After a few minutes had passed, I heard the door open. I smelt Thorongil come out and he shut the door. "It is alright to have your hood down outdoors you know," he said to me in Elvish, walking over the railing opposite from me, then leaned against it, mirroring my position.

I glanced up from under my hood, then looked back to the ground with a slight smirk on my lips and chuckled shortly. "Having a sensitivity to light isn't a good enough excuse for you, Thorongil?" I asked teasingly in Elvish.

I heard him chuckle a little. "You should have nothing to hide. It is a shame to have a face such as yours hidden from the world," he said sincerely in Elvish.

At that moment, the bedroom door opened again and Lord Elrond appeared. I pushed away from the wall and Thorongil pushed away from the railing. I looked up with my back straight and saw Lord Elrond glancing between Thorongil and myself as if he was debating about something.

"Walk with me, the both of you. There is something I need to discuss with you ," Lord Elrond said seriously after a moment of silence. I glanced at Thorongil, then back to Lord Elrond and nodded.

Lord Elrond turned away from us and started to walk in the direction of his study with Thorongil and I followed not far behind him. We didn't speak a word to each other while we walked. I was starting to get a little nervous not knowing what Lord Elrond wanted to talk to us about. It was clear that it was something very serious by the way he looked at us. When we reached Lord Elrond's study he walked over to his desk and pointed to the chairs across from his, indicating for Thorongil and I to sit. We did as he asked and waited patiently for him to start speaking.

Lord Elrond glanced between Thorongil and I for a few moments, then he sighs. "I guess I will start with introducing you to each other," he said carefully.

I looked at him in confusion. "But my lord, we already know each other," I said confused, pointing between Thorongil and myself.

Lord Elrond shook his head slowly as I spoke. "You have met each other before, but do not know exactly who each other are," he said, leaning forward in his chair with his forearms on the desk and his hands clasped together. He pointed to me and nodded his head slightly. "How about you start," he suggested.

I looked into his eyes for a moment and saw that he was serious about this. I sigh in defeat. "I am Akala Blackarrow: Queen Under the Mountain," I said without taking my eyes off of Lord Elrond. I then looked at Thronogil and saw that he raised an eyebrow at my name.

"I have heard that name a few times on my travels. You can't be the assassin Akala Blackarrow, can you?" He asked a little confused.

I nodded. "The one and only," I said, emotionless. Then I looked back to Lord Elrond.

Lord Elrond motioned for Thronogil to do the same thing I did. Thorongil sighed as well. "My true name is Aragorn, son of Arathorn."

(This is my first fanfic to write ever. I hope you guys like it. If any of you are really into the whole timeline of The Hobbit and The Lord of the Rings, I apologize that it doesn't fit to it. I started thinking of this story before I knew the actual timeline. Still I hope you enjoy it. Comment please if you have questions or have ideas to make it more interesting as the story goes on)
