When you woke up the next morning you had completely forgotten about Elmo. You went downstairs to get breakfast. Your mom was already up and she had made you eggs with bacon, hashbrowns, and pancakes. You thanked her and sat down at the kitchen table.
A few minutes go by...
Your mom ran over to you crying and told you to go over and watch the news. You thought it was about the hurricane that happened a few days ago in Japan but when you got over to the t.v you saw Elmo's name on the screen. You froze and hit play. It started to say that a brutal murder had happened last night around 10 a.m. You remembered that last night Elmo had texted you at 9:30 a.m. you remembered how weird he was acting also.
You continued watching the news and you heard the most shocking news... Elmo was brutally murdered. They said he had 12 stab wounds spread across his body. They also said it looked like he had dark red marks across his neck. You stood there, tears streaming down your face. You walked over to your mom and tightly hugged her for a long time.
