"2 for Riley." I say to the waitress

She takes 2 menus and leads us outside, beach front. Niall and his lady should be out here. Why am I doing this? Oh wait, because he tried to use my body for his own pleasure when he has someone else to fool around with. I have a boyfriend and what happened with Niall, Tanner can't know. It was a mistake what we did and it will never happen again. Ever!

I feel Tanner's arm around my waist and I can't help but smirk. What's up with me? I'm the daughter of San Diego's best divorce attorney. I shouldn't be enjoying making Niall jealous.

Before I could catch up with my thoughts I see Niall with a brunette. He's wearing a white button down but it's only buttoned down from the middle and down. He's talking to her and then his eyes divert to me. His eyes go wide. Were seated only 3 tables away from him.

"Your waiter should be with you soon." the hostess puts our menus down

"So what are you getting tonight, babe?" I ask Tanner

"Maybe the steak? What about you?"

"Probably the crab cakes."

I look over at Niall and see his face go red. "I'm really happy we got to go out to tonight." Tanner kisses my cheek

That wasn't enough. I cup his jawline and give him a wet kiss. He kisses me back but I soon stop the kiss.

I look over to Niall and his finger nails are digging into the seat. I wink at him and his face goes red.

"Niall, you okay?" The brunette asks him

"I'm fine, just a bit hungry that's all." he mutters and turns back around to face his date

All throughout dinner I could feel Niall's daze on me. I had to stifle in a laugh the whole time.

"So why did your brother have to use your car?" Tanner asks

I hear someone scoff and I know it's the one and only.

"We made a bet and he won. He wanted to drive it for his date." I mutter

I hear a laugh. It's from him! Niall!

"Do you have a problem?" Tanner asks

"Nope, nothing." Niall cracks a smile

Tanner rolls his eyes and goes back and focuses on me. "Jeez, that guy is rude." Tanner says

"You have no idea."

"Car keys?! Really dad!" I screech

"You didn't do your chores and you bombed your spanish test! So no keys for a week!"

I hand my keys over to him. "Well, I'm driving you to school so wash your dish and let's go." he says

I throw my dish into the sink and grab my bag and walk out the door. I hear Kyle say "Ooooh, she mad."

That twerp.

"He seriously took your keys away?!" Hailey asks

"Ugh, yes." I groan

"What'd you do?" Kelly asks

"I bombed my spanish test."

"Oh and by the way, why was Kyle driving your car?" Kelly laughs

Can I tell them about Niall? Should I keep it a secret? Erg. I'm saved by the bell. Thank the Lord!

"Oh look at the time! I'll talk to you later ladies!" I jog away

Math goes by slowly. So does science, and English.

I'm in Spanish when the intercom goes off.

"Lauren Riley to the front office, please."

I hear a lot of 'ooohs' and immature stuff. Oh shush.

I enter the office and see a man dressed in a suit with blonde hair. Are you serious?

"Aye, Lauren. Your father wanted me to pick you up and take you to your doctor's appointment. Ready?" Niall says

"S-Sure. I need to go by my locker first and grab something first." I say

"Alright. Nice you meeting you ladies." Niall winks at the women who work at the front office

We jog up the stairs and down the sophomore hall.

136...137... 138!

I go to my locker and I begin to open it but my shoulders are pressed against. Niall's lips are so close to mine.

"I didn't like what I saw the other night and for that. Punishment is needed to be served."
