"Darling, you really need to get out of those clothes you've been wearing for three days." Freddie says handing me the warm cup of tea as he sits down on the couch.
"Fred, I'm still kinda upset right now." Maddie says looking down at the cup of tea.
"Hun, I know you are but you still need to get out of those clothes, take a shower, and change into fresh new ones. I want you to come to a meeting we have with John Reid." Freddie says taking a drag of his cigarette.
"Freddie, I don't want to even go because I'll run into Brian and things will get awkward." Maddie says
"Dear, you don't have to stay home because of Brian, I just want you there with me, you make my day so much brighter." Freddie says smiling at her.
"Ok, I'll go." Maddie finally gives in and gets up to go take a warm shower.
"You're the bestttt." Freddie says calling from downstairs as Maddie continues to make her way upstairs.
"I knowww" She yells from upstairs.

"PRECIOUS BEAN LETS GO" Freddie yells as he struts down the hallway down stairs.
"I'M COMING." Maddie yells coming down the stairs as she puts her finishing touches of lip gloss on.
"Precious bean you look gorgeous!" Freddie gawks as he looks at Maddie coming down stairs.
"Thank you fred." Maddie says giving Freddie a sweet smile.
"Come on, lets go, Brian's gonna be all over you when he sees youuu." Freddie teases as she rolls her eyes and sighs at him.

Freddie and Maddie walk through doors leading them outside, they walk towards the table where they both spot John, Roger, and Brian. Brian sees them approaching and his eyes land on Maddie and then fred.
"Wow I didn't know it was fancy dress fred." He says raising his eyebrows.
"I've got to make an impression darling." He says as Maddie playfully rolls her eyes.
"You look like an angry lizard." Brian says as everyone giggles and Maddie stifles her laughter in the sleeve of her shirt. Brian glances over at her and gives her a short little smile. Freddie sits down at the end of the table and Maddie goes over to John and Roger and she sits down in between them.
"Can I borrow it for Sunday church." John comments to Freddie as Maddie giggles. A guy walks by the table and grabs a chair and sits it right down at the other end of the table in front of them all. Roger fixes his jacket and everyone straightens their posture and turn their attention to the man.
"So this is Queen?" He says giving the group a smile. "And you" he points at Freddie "must be Freddie Mercury." He says "you've got a gift. You all have." He says as Maddie smiles a little at the boys.
"So tell me, what makes Queen any different from all the other...wannabe rockstars I meet?" He questions.
"I'll tell you what it is" Freddie says as he pauses to think. "We're four misfits who don't belong together playing to the other misfits...the outcasts right at the back of the room- who I'm pretty sure they don't belong either...we belong to them." Freddie says as John gives him an impressed look and A smile forms on Brian's face before he speaks up.
"We're family" Brian adds as John Reid gives him a nod while another unfamiliar man comes up and hands him a tea cup.
"Paul Prenter...meet Queen, our new signing." John says as the boys gives each other looks. "Paul will be looking after you day to day." He says
"Pleasure" Paul says as he glances at Freddie for a second.
"If I can get you on the radio, maybe I can get you on television." John says as Rogers face lights up.
"Top of the pops?" Roger says hopefully.
"Hopefully." John answers.
"And then..." Freddie motions his finger in a circle wanting more.
"And then, as only the biggest television program in the country, no ones ever even heard of yet." John says as the boys slightly smile.
"Look I admire your enthusiasm, if it goes well- if it happens, I've got a promotion tour in japan in mind." John says as Freddie slightly nods.
"W- we'll want more." Freddie nods
"Every band wants more." John Reid says
"Every bands not Queen." Deaky says shaking his head as Maddie nods. The boys smile and give John a hopeful look.
