To say Jisung missed [y/n] was an understatement. His whole body ached without her, in all honesty.

Though they weren't necessarily, close per se, he loved her company. She was one of the only people in the cabin that actually, genuinely could stand him and talk to him. All the boy loved Jisung, of course, and he knew that. But he was just too, energetic for them. He was full-forced, all the time.

[y/n] was the only one that could handle that.

And now he was tired. So, so tired.

Jisung listens to the slow swish of the fan blades above him, the blades slowly turning in circles.

Circles, circles, circles.

It's been 5 days since [y/n] went missing. Jisung hasn't eaten since, barely drank any water, and has been getting little to no sleep. The pack worries for him.

Despite what one would think, Jisung's room was clean. Spotless.

Before [y/n] was taken, she had helped Jisung clean his room. And he just hasn't had the motivation to get up since, hence everything in the room is untouched. The steadiness of his heartbeat almost scares him, pounding in his chest.

Suddenly, a sharp pain overtakes his lungs, and he sits up in a rush, short of breath. Jisung clenches his jaw, before trying to take another breath. It was a short breath before he feels like a knife slides through his chest.

Trying to overcome the pain, he whimpers.

'what's wrong with me?'

Jisung opens his eyes, tears clouding his vision. He tries his best to get out of his bed, legs weak and shaky.

Hongjoong goes through the contacts on his phone, before stopping on Taeyong. "Chan, before we do this, I think I know what they want-"

He's cut off as Jisung stumbles into the room, holding his chest. "H-hyung..." He mutters with tears streaking his cheeks.

Chan gasps, and everyone else looks towards the younger in shock. This was the first time Jisung had left his room since [y/n] was taken. "Jisung?!" He rushes towards his Beta as Jisung's knees give out below him, allowing his body to tumble to the floor.

Chan grabs Jisung, kneeling beside him. "What's wrong, Sung?" No response, just whimpers.

"Sung!" Jisung roughly wipes his eyes.

"It hurts hyung."

"What hurts?" Chan rocks him back and forth, worry eating him raw. Instead of saying words, Jisung just puts his hand on his chest. It took too much effort to speak.

"Your heart?" Jisung shakes his head, "lungs?" a nod.

Panicked, Chan turns to look at Suho, "can you go get Minho? He's our medic." Suho nods and rushes out.

Seonghwa slowly stands, walking gingerly to the two, as to not startle the anxious Alpha.

"I'm ATEEZ's medic, I could help." He says softly, a minor empathetic smile on his face.

Chan hesitates but scoots out of the way, still holding onto Jisung lightly. Seonghwa sits crisscrossed in front of the hunched Jisung.

"Hon, could you sit up straight for me?" Seonghwa asks, putting a gentle hand on Jisung's shoulder. Jisung whimpers as he tries to sit up straight, but makes it. "Alright, I'm going to press on different pressure points, tell me on a scale of one to ten how bad it hurts on that spot."

Seonghwa didn't actually care how bad it hurt, he was trying to find the tender spot.

Jisung could have punctured a lung, and if that happened there might be no saving him.

"How much does it hurt right now, without me touching it?"

"8." Jisung mumbles.

That worries Chan, Jisung was always the one to be the most resistant to pain.

First, Seonghwa presses right in between Jisung's ribs, where the two cages connect. Jisung cries out, a few more tears slipping.

They repeat the process a few more times.

"What kind of pain is it, when I touch your skin?" Seonghwa asks, grazing his fingers along Jisung's ribs.

"It's like a burning." He manages, not used to this severe pain.

Then, it all makes sense. Seonghwa's eyes soften.

"Shit."
