"You always acting so fucking scary bruh, come the fuck on." Tez yelled at Naveah. It was about 3 in the morning and they were hitting a lick, robbing the plug-somebody she had never even met before. Her job was always to be a lookout. It wasn't her first time tagging along to one of her boyfriend's missions, but she had the same fear in her heart like it was.
"Tez shut yo ass up!" She whispered back. "And make this shit quick, it's cold out here." Tez looked at her one last time before pulling the ski mask over his face and kicking down the door. 'Here we go lord' she thought to herself. She held the tech 9 Tez had gave her just in case shakily in her hands as she peeped around the corner, making sure nobody had heard the commotion Tez had made getting in the apartment.
"IF YOU LOOK AT ME AGAIN IMA SPLATTER YO BRAINS ALL ACROSS THESE WALLS NIGGA!" Naveah heard her boyfriend shout. She had heard him use that line before and thankfully he never had to follow through on that threat, until tonight. Seconds later Naveah heard glass breaking, shouting, then two gunshots and her stomach dropped, she almost threw up from anxiety. Tez had always trained her as if she was a cop to run in ready to blast if she ever heard any shots.
Naveah pulled her pink, diamond studded ski mask that Tez had designed over her face and rushed in, but what she saw almost made her heart completely stop. She was expecting to see Tez running back towards her rushing her back out of the door, but she instead saw her older brother standing over her dead boyfriend with two bullet holes in his head.
