2)A normal day, almost

Natsu was still carrying Lucy bridal style as they approached the guild. Lucy has her arms around Natsu's neck because Natsu had almost dropped her a couple minutes ago after messing around.

"Okay, put me down now!" Lucy exclaimed.

"I don't want the guild to get any ideas, especially Mira...who knows what she'll do.." Just the thought of this sent shivers down Lucy's spine. Natsu on the other hand didn't seem to care.

"Natsu? Aren't you scared of Mira and her shipping tactics? I'm serious Natsu put me down!!" All Natsu did was plaster a slight grin across his face. Lucy started to blush at the sight of this. Just then Natsu opened the doors and yelled:

"WE'RE HERE!!" Lucy blushed like crazy. The whole guild looked at them in awe. All Lucy could do was look down and blush for fear of the others reactions. Natsu began walking into the guild, everyone still looking at them. Lucy suddenly looked up in the slightest to see a miss Mirajane looking at them with stars in her eyes. Natsu took the two of them over to a table next to Gray, Erza, Levy, and Gajeel. The whole guild was silent as Natsu set Lucy down then sat next to her. The guild still in awe began to talk again and stop looking at the two, except for the table they were sitting at. Lucy felt there stares on her and continued to look down and blush.

"Yo guys! What's up?" Natsu said, pulling there stares away from Lucy and onto him.

"Uhh nothing much. What's up with you two? Huh?" Gray said in a weird way that made Lucy blush harder. Her face was as hot as the sun.

"Just the usual." Natsu said pretty calm. Their stares then moved back onto Lucy.

"I-I'm gonna go get s-something to drink at the bar....I'll be back in a sec..." Lucy proclaimed, very awkwardly. Her face still looking down in embarrassment. She began walking up to the bar, Mira eyeing her.

"So what was that about Salamander?" Gajeel, the only one brave enough to ask that question.

"Yeah now that I think about it...you two would make a cute couple!!" Erza shouted with no shame.

"I'll start planning the wedding!! YES!! This is the perfect use for my wedding requip!!" The red head yelled looking beautiful as ever. Natsu started a light, but noticeable, blush as Erza was saying these things. All he did was giggle, not realizing that he was blushing.

"You guys...I just carried her here because she said she was tired. I wanted to help her. And Erza, you're too obsessed with the wedding thing." Natsu says still blushing.

"You do know your blushing right, Flame Brain?" Gray asked teasingly.

"Oh yeah? You wanna go ice princess?
"In your dreams fire boy!" The two rivals said, butting heads. Meanwhile Lucy was sitting at the bar with her strawberry milkshake, giggling at the two boys.

"Ooo~ You looking at Natsu?! Huh?! You're boy~friend~" Mira said in her shipping queen voice.

"What?!?? No!" Before she could finish she was interrupted.

"And he carried you bridal style!! Ahhh!!! Nalu is happening!!!" Mira yelled loud and proud.

"MIRA!! I don't really even know why he carried me here in the first place!! I said I was tired and next thing you know he's carrying me all the way from my apartment!" Lucy exclaimed trying to defend herself.

"Ahh!! And you're blushing!! When's the wedding!! When are you're baby's due? Where are you're 32 baby's?!?!" Mira yells with excitement.

"Mira!!" Lucy says blushing hard with embarrassment. Lucy finishes her milkshake and walks back over to Natsu's table. This time Juvia was there sitting close up next to Gray.

"Hehe!" Lucy giggled

"Look who's blushing now Gray!" Lucy giggled to herself. Lucy sat down next to Natsu as he was telling the story about this morning.

"So I came in through the window with my 'Lucy Kick' armor and.." He was about to finish when:

"Huh? What's that?" Gray asked confused

"It was pretty much just cardboard boxes and a helmet." Lucy said as she was chuckling to herself.

"'Lucy Kick' armor, huh? I wonder...Can I buy it from you? It would make a great outfit for my collection!" Erza shouted proudly, picturing herself wearing it while doing a lovely pose.

"Erza, you know it's not actually armor, right?" Levy says laughing.

"Oh I know but a girl can dream right?!?" Erza said sadly. Lucy just giggled, and every one else laughed.

"Hey has anyone heard from master?" The ice mage asked in hope for a response.

"He's probably in his office" Said Natsu.

"Yeah I heard he's planning to throw a party here tonight." Gajeel said proudly that he new that tidbit of information.

"Oh really? A party sounds fun!" Lucy exclaimed excitedly.

"Ahh man! I was planing on finishing my book tonight! But I guess I can finish it tomorrow.." The scripting mage said.

"A party?!?! Sound like the perfect place to get my Gray to fall in love with me.." Juvia said while she daydreamed.

"Gah! Juvia?!!" Gray said surprised while lightly blushing.

"Haha The ice stripper's got a date!" Natsu said as a comeback for earlier.

"Grrr! Natsu!!!" Gray yelled madly.

"Okay you two, that's enough." Erza said strictly.

"Aye sir!" The two boys said mimicking Happy and dancing around.

"Gehehe!" Happy laughs while watching the boys make fools out of themselves.

"LISTEN UP BRATS!!" Master yelled from the top railing.

"Ooo do you think he's going to announce the party?" Lucy asked Natsu quietly.

"Tonight I am hosting a party here. If you wish to come you may. But know that I am inviting other guilds here as well. It's a chance for me to talk with the masters, and a chance for you to seek out your competition. Just kidding!! But don't let your guard down. I have to start setting up now so all you brats need to go home and get ready! Scram!" Master yelled to the guild. The guild started to scream out the doors to get themselves ready for the occasion.

"Ooo yay! This is going to be fun right Natsu? Lucy says as she looks up at Natsu who has a weird look on his face.

"Natsu are you ok?" Lucy asks worryingly.

"Luce?" Natsu asked.

"Yeah?" Lucy asked back

"Umm do you by chance have anything for me to wear? I don't have any formal clothes." Natsu said slightly embarrassed.

"Of course I do! You can get ready at my place with me! It'll be fun!" Lucy smiled proudly.

"Thanks Luce!" Natsu smiles back.

"Hey Natsu! Wendy and Carla invited me over! They're not going to the party because they had something to do and they invited me with them! Bye Natsu have fun!!!" Happy yelled as he left, not giving Natsu the chance to respond.

"Well we better get going!" Natsu said to Lucy.

"Yeah! Let's go!" Lucy yelled back.
