HEY!!!! I don't know how I came up with this. I was listening to Dodie and Billie Eilish While wrote it, so it was either the music I was listening too or I was being a depressed touch starved lesbian. Either way, here is a poem.

Walking down the city road
Watching as the roses grow
Wondering how we never stood a chance
While looking at the stars so bright
Oh the way you held me tight
As we went for our final dance
I don't know why we grew apart
Our growing distance broke my heart
And that was when the roses went to wilt
Wildfires came through
Burning me and destroying you
Oh my darling, please just one more dance
The memories will hold on tight
As I stare off in the night
This time staring at the moonlight
Why did the seraphs take you away so soon
Leaving me only my memories of you
