In which Jungkook realizes the importance of family and just how much he's needed.

"Tae, did you remember to pack your laptop charger? I left it on the bed." Jungkook asked as he carried his costar's bags downstairs and placed them next to his own.

"Yeah, I got it Kookie. But did you see my-" Taehyung jogged down the steps behind the younger, his hair messy and still damp.

"Phone?" Jungkook asked as he produced the elder's cellular device with a smirk.

"Yeah, thanks. I didn't realize I had put it down." The elder accepted the phone while bashfully scratching his head.

"It's fine. You were half asleep anyway." Jungkook said matter of factly as the rest of the boys filed into the living room.

After having lunch, at Mrs. Kim's urging, the group of young men hastily packed their bags for their departure.

None of them had been prepared to leave so soon, but one call from their director had them scrambling to get back to Seoul for a late night drama shooting. Apparently the weather was "perfect for the upcoming scene" and the director hadn't been willing to pass up the scenic visuals. So, the seven men begrudgingly got ready as quickly as they could. Moonbin was obviously saddened by the sudden departure of his Hyungs, but Taehyung promised to let him spend a weekend in Seoul during his next school break. Ha Won had woken up from her midday nap as the group finished loading the last of their bags into their respective cars. The preschooler was visibly upset and on the verge of tears as she watched her brothers bid their parents goodbye.

"Why are you leaving?" Ha Won asked as she rubbed sleep out of her large doe eyes.

"Oh sweetie, your Oppas have to go back for work." Mrs. Kim explained sweetly to the pajama-clad little girl.

"But, Kookie-Oppa said he would play dolls with me when I woke up." Ha Won spluttered, her fat lower lip wobbling violently as she fought against the oncoming tears.

"That was before he knew he had to leave princess. He will come back with your brothers and play next time." Mr. Kim said reassuringly as he picked up his sobbing daughter.

"I don't want him to play next time! I want him to play now! I want them to stay!" Ha Won wailed inconsolably and writhed in her father's arms.

Jungkook frowned and stepped forward with his arms open, willing to try and calm the crying child. Mr. Kim placed Ha Won into Jungkook's arms rather reluctantly, but the way the small child's chubby hands grabbed for the young man indicated that she was fine with the switch. Jungkoook rubbed soothing circles into her back and carded his hands through her black hair.

"It's alright, Ha Wonnie. Oppa has to go now because something very important came up with work." Jungkook placed a kiss into her soft hair before he whispered comforting words.

"But I want you and everyone else to stay." Ha Won said as she sniffled into the crook of his neck, her sobs already having quieted from being in the young actor's tender embrace.

"I know. I wish we could stay too, but we can always come back. Next time, if you want, you can come with Binnie and spend a whole weekend with me and TaeTae. We can play dolls, go to the park, and eat lots of yummy snacks. How does that sound?" Jungkook leaned back to flash the puffy-eyed child with a smile that she returned shyly as she peeked up from his shoulder.

Ha Won nodded to show that she was pleased with his suggestion, tears ceasing.

"If you and Binnie stay on your best behavior then you can come stay during winter break." Jungkook added as he set her down and wiped her stained cheeks.
