The rest of homeroom quickly finished after much bugging of their homeroom teacher about who was getting expelled (with no response) until their english teacher, Yamada-sensei, burst through the room with his booming voice. He seemed really nice and Izuku was actually really excited. They had just done introductions, which was simple enough. Soon enough, lunch rolled around and class was finally dismissed.
Izuku had begun packing up until Tokoyami and Tsu came up to his desk. "Would you guys like to eat lunch together, kero kero?" the frog said. Izuku nodded quickly and smiled.
Was that smile forced? Tokoyami had thought to himself. Eh, probably just me. He swung his backpack over his shoulder.
The animal trio walked down the long hallways towards the cafeteria. They scurried into the long line waiting for Lunch Rush. After getting their food, they were having trouble trying to find where to sit seeing as every table was swarmed with students. Izuku spotted an empty table only occupied by a girl with dark violet hair. The greenete skipped over to her, lunch tray in hand. "Hi there! I'm Midoriya Izuku! Can my friends and I sit with you?" Izuku asked with a wide smile on his face and his two friends behind him.
The ravenete looked up from her half eaten bento box. "Um, sure," she mumbled quietly. "Oh um, the name's Jiro Kyouko."
"Awesome!" Izuku said, sitting next to her and Tokoyami along with Tsu across from them. The other two animal like students also introduced themselves.
"So what hobbies do you all do?" Izuku had asked after taking a bite of his katsudon. The three others looked up from their food.
Tokoyami was surprisingly the first one to answer. "I actually quite like poetry, writing and reading, and art." the bird boy said, looking away. Izuku smiles at him and turns to Tsu with a silent request.
"Oh um, I like to paint. Oh and, origami is quite fun too, kero" Tsu replied, sinking down into her chair.
"That's so cool! What about you Jiro?" Izuku asked, looking at the shorter girl beside him. The ravenette looked up from her bento box.
"Me? Oh um I guess I like music and song writing. I play a couple of instruments too" Jiro stated shyly. The animal like students smiled and gave some compliments.
The 4 students were discussing until they were interrupted by a strange voice. "Oi, Deku!" another one added. Izuku's face darkened as he sunk down in his seat.
Ugh no! Smile Izuku! He thought to himself. The short girl sitting next to him perked up when she heard Izuku shift.
The other three students looked up from their conversation to find a tall kid with black hair. A flash of pink blurred their vision. "HEY! Bitch! Why don't you fuck off?!" A tall girl with shoulder length pink hair yelled at the now terrified *cough* bitch *cough* kid. The smaller kid bolted after seeing who it was.
"Mei!" Izuku gasped looking over at his best friend. Mei turned around and ran up to the smaller greenete.
"Zuku!!" the tall girl yelled picking Midoriya up and hugging him. The teens laughed as Hatsume finally put Izuku back down.
