A/N: Slight Language Warning

Marinette stood there, the anxiety beginning to get to her. Luka was staring at the two with a look that was almost foreign to Marinette. "L-Luka, It's not what it looks like!" Marinette's voice was shaking, scared of what he might be thinking about her. "Ch-Chat he-"

"Does it really look like I give a crap about what he was doing?! I want to know why he was doing it!" Luka cried out.

Marinette took a step back, not knowing what to do. "W-We were talking a-and-"

"And I kissed her." Chat finished blandly.

Luka clenched his fists. "Why the hell were you kissing my girlfriend?!" Luka took a step towards the two. Marinette then saw his gaze wander to her, the furious look remaining on his face. "And why didn't you stop him?"
Now his voice was more hurt than angry. Marinette hated it.

"L-Luka, I tried. I really did." Now Marinette had begun to cry. Tears streamed down her face. "I tried, but I was-" She cut herself off as she began to sob uncontrollably. Falling to her knees, she buried her face in her hands.

"Mari..." Luka reached his hand out, hoping to comfort her.

Meanwhile, Chat was just staring at her, an ashamed look on his face. It's my fault... He clenched his fists, and jumped out the window, leaving Luka and Marinette alone.

"Mari..." Luka wrapped his arms around Marinette, hoping to calm her, however, the bluenette pushed him away.

"Please, just... leave me alone." Marinette's voice was barely a whisper.

Luka stared down at her, a slight hint of shame in his eyes, but he got up and walked out, glancing over his shoulder once.

As soon as Marinette heard the trap door close, she tucked her knees in and buried her face in her legs, sobbing.

"Marinette..."
Tikki flew over to the bluenette. "Marinette, you need to calm down." Her kwamii told her. "If not, Hawkmoth will-"

"WHO CARES WHAT HAWKMOTH IS GOING TO DO?!" Marinette cried out. "CAUSE I CERTAINLY DON'T GIVE A DAMN!" Marinette clenched her fists.
"Just go away Tikki."

Tikki stared at Marinette, hurt in her eyes. With a dejected look, Tikki flew out the window and far away from the bakery, leaving a heartbroken Marinette behind.

"Isn't this pleasing." A man snickered. "A heartbroken girl, betrayed by the one she trusted most, and abandoned by the one she loves." Holding out his hand, the mans smile only widened as a small white butterfly fluttered onto his palm. "What perfect pray for my precious akuma."
