Luka opened his eyes. He smiled as he saw the bluenette fast asleep in his arms. He gave her a gentle kiss, hoping it didn't wake her up. He cautiously placed her head on her pillow, and quietly climbed down the ladder. Once his feet touched the ground, he quietly left her room and headed to the kitchen. He began to search for the pans, and to his luck, they were in a cupboard under the sink. He then headed to the fridge and looked for eggs and bacon, and there was more than enough. He grabbed the ingredients and began to make him and Marinette breakfast. He then heard footsteps coming down the stairs. Expecting it was Marinette, he didn't pay much mind.

"Excuse me?"

Luka jumped. That wasn't Marinette's voice. Turning his head, he saw a woman. Most likely Marinette's mother, considering they both had the same hair colour. "H-Hello ma'am." Luka smiled nervously.

"Who might you be?" The woman asked.

"I-I'm Luka."

The woman's eyes immediately lit up. "Oh! You're the Luka Marinette wouldn't stop talking about!"
Luka's face turned red. Marinette talked about him? "Well, go ahead! I was hoping I wouldn't have to make breakfast anyway." The woman walked over to the living room leaving a very red and confused Luka behind.

Marinette drowsily opened her eyes. What time was it? What day was it? Was there school? She sat up and rubbed her eyes. That was when the memories from the previous night rushed in her mind. Luka comforting her while telling her jokes, trying to make the bluenette feel better. Marinette would be lying if she said it didn't work, but she still felt guilty. She smiled at the thought of Luka's warm hugs, but her face immediately turned red. What was she thinking? She lightly slapped her cheeks and climbed out of her bed.
Walking down the stairs, Marinette practically drooled as she smelled the familiar aroma of bacon and eggs. But as soon as she walked into the main floor, she saw Luka behind the kitchen counter and her mother in the living room. How is Luka still alive? Marinette tiptoed over to Luka. "What did you do?"

Luka gave her a confused look. "What do you mean?"

Marinette gestured towards her mother. "My mom!"

Luka raised an eyebrow. "Was she supposed to do something?"

Marinette turned towards her mother. "That's-" She cut herself off. "That doesn't matter. As long as your alive, I'm happy." She gave Luka a wide smile.

Luka chuckled before handing her a plate. "Anyway's, you woke up just in time. I made breakfast." He moved the pan in his hand side to side showing off his work. Marinette peeked in the pan and saw scrambled eggs. She smiled and shoved the plate in front of Luka.

"Food!" It was more of an order than a question.
Luka simply chuckled and served her a few eggs and a few strips of bacon on the side. Marinette smiled and placed a small kiss on his cheek. "Food!" She exclaimed to her mother, who was apparently watching the whole thing, a light blush of embarrassment on Marinette's face.

After breakfast, Marinette and Luka decided to go to the park. The bluenette informed her mother about her leave, and soon after, left. On their way there, Marinette had curled her fingers around Luka's and he gladly took her hand. It was a short walk to the park from Marinette's house, and once the two got there, they sat down on the same bench as always.

Marinette sighed as she leaned her head on Luka's shoulder.
"Hey, Marinette?"

"Yeah?" Marinette looked up at Luka.

Luka placed his hand over hers and leaned closer towards the bluenette. Her face turned slightly red as his forehead touched hers. "You know you look extremely cute when your embarassed~"

Marinette turned a beet red and buried her face in her hands.
Luka chuckled. He gently grabbed her wrists, pulling her hands away from her face, then cupping her cheeks. "I love you, Mari." He gently kissed the tip of her nose.

She giggled and cupped his cheeks in return. "I love you too, Luka." She gently pressed her lips against his, slightly surprising Luka. She closed her eyes, slightly thankful that no one was at the park at the moment. She felt Luka brush her cheek with his thumb and pull her face a bit closer. Moments passed and the two had to separate because of the lack of oxygen. She lightly giggled as she touched her forehead on his.

Luka smiled as Marinette gazed lovingly in his eyes. But Luka suddenly felt as if someone was watching them, and it seemed to him that Marinette felt it too. "Wanna go to the movies with me Marinette?" He asked her, trying to make it as discrete as possible.
The bluenette nodded as if she understood the situation and the two got up, ready to leave.

Marinette grabbed Luka's hand as they watched the movie. It was an extremely sad movie about a grade school student who has impaired hearing and was bullied mercilessly in grade school but then transfers to another school. Years later, one of her former tormentors sets out to make amends. It was a sweet ending, but Marinette was slightly irritated that the main love interests never got together. However, she was thankful to have Luka by her side. When the movie was over the couple went to Andre's ice cream.

By the time the two returned to Marinette's house, her parents had already finished their work. However, as soon as the two went to the main floor, Marinette and Luka saw her father waiting for the two on the couch, an irritated look in his eyes. That was when Marinette remembered what had happened when Chat Noir 'rejected' her. She rubbed her temples, then whispered in Luka's ear, "Don't worry."
She then turned to her father and gave him a nervous smile. "Hi, Papa."

"Marinette." The man towered over the couple, his arms crossed. "Who is he."

"U-Um. T-This is-"

"Luka." The black and blue-haired boy finished her. "Luka Couffaine." He held out his hand waiting for Marinette's dad to take it.

Tom glared down at him for a few more seconds, before his expression completely shifted. He gave the boy a large smile, and enveloped him in a hug, with Marinette crushed between them.
"Pa-pa." Marinette struggled to talk.

"Sorry, sorry." Tom put the two children down gently and gave them a large smile. "Now, I'll be in my room if you need anything." He told them.

Marinette nodded as Luka had a surprised look on her face. "Goodnight, Papa!"

Marinette giggled as Luka slumped down in defeat.
"Why are you so good at this game?"

"I practice with my parents." She told him. He smiled and leaned towards the bluenette. "Wanna make a deal?"

Marinette's face turned red. "W-What?"

"If I win, then you have to tell me your darkest secret." He smirked.

Marinette let out a small sigh of relief. She agreed with the deal, and the two played another match. As expected, Marinette won.
"Now you have to tell me your darkest secret," Marinette smirked.

"Alright." Luka leaned forward once again, a smirk plastered on his face. "You look really cute when you're embarrassed."

"Luka!" Marinette playfully punched his shoulder. "That's not even a secret." She pouted. "You already told me that."

Luka chuckled. He then lifted her face with his fingers making her look towards him. "And I'll keep saying it." He leaned forward and gave her a small kiss.

Marinette was surprised at first, but after a few seconds, she closed her eyes and melted into the kiss, her face turning slightly red. Moments passed and the two separated, both their faces slightly red. After a while, Marinette broke out of her small trance and lightly giggled. She rests her head on Luka's shoulder. "I love you, Luka."

"I love you too Mari." Luka wrapped his arms around the petite girl, burying his face in her hair. Moments passed, but the moment had to end due to a nearby explosion.

"I guess that's my cue." Marinette sighed.

"Don't worry." Luka smiled. "I'll be right beside you every step of the way."

A/N: I know. This chapter was full of a lot of fluff and cringe. But I still hope you enjoyed! (ɔ◔‿◔)ɔ ♥
