Upon arrival at school, there was plenty of time before the first class. I decided to follow Xander around for a bit. He seems to be pretty chill so guess there's no problem with this. Additionally, I want to meet his friends as soon as I can. If his friends are anything like him, I'm in luck. For once in my life things seem to be going my way. It has been a while, I mean with the family issues and all that mess. Before I even know it, Xander and I are in a large, open room. "Oi, Xander! What's up stud?" a voice from behind me calls, causing me to jump. Xander, turns to the person who which the voice had come from and simply says,
"Chicken fingers, Mikey."
"Oh, alright," says the boy who i'd assume is Mikey. He's not bad looking to be honest, he has nice tan skin, and fluffy dark brown hair. He's not much taller than me. My thoughts are interrupted by Xander nudging me toward the stranger. He's trying to get me to introduce myself, so I do exactly that.
"Hey, I'm Rich"
"Dude, I just met you man, you don't need to be flaunting your cash like that," he said in a joking manner. When he notices my concern he shoots me a wink and continues in the same joking manner, "Chill dude, I get that your name is Rich. The name's Michael, but you can call me Mikey."
"Okay Mikey," I say happily. With that small conversation, I want to get to know him better.
