Izuku watched the two heroes with an intense focus that sent chills down the blond's spine. The greenette had long forgotten them and was now buried deep into a notebook that he had been scribbling in for a good amount of time. Eijirou about bit Katsuki's head off the moment the blond tried to leave his side and go see what Izuku was up to. Even though the Alpha couldn't move from his spot in the corner, Katsuki didn't feel like facing the wrath of a pissed off Alpha at the moment. He had more important things to focus on.

For the moment though, Katsuki leaned against Eijirou's side for some form of familiar comfort. Eijiruo's scent was sweet and spicy, like cinnamon and sugar. However, it was bitter now, tainted with stress and worry for their safety. Katsuki wanted so badly to nuzzle into the Alpha's chest and let his body rumble with relaxing purrs -- his instincts wanted so badly to comfort the man by his side.

However, he refused to allow himself to regress to his weak Omegan instincts. Instead, he pressed up beside Eijirou's larger body and fixed his eyes on the greenette who was still writing and mumbling under his breath.

"How are we going to get out of here? What's wrong with him?" Eijioru whispered as his forehead creased with worry lines. Katsuki knew that this situation, no matter how badly he wanted to believe that Izuku would not harm them, was dangerous.

"I don't know right this second, obviously," He hissed. "I mean look at the fucker -- he's tweaking on something or just gone fuckin' crazy," Katsuki replied, never taking his eyes off the greenette. "I think he's been practicing illegal medicine," He whispered. "He's got these tubes of some kind of liquid that he swears if going to help me. As I said, he's bat-shit-crazy. I don't need any help," He scoffed.

Kirishima looked over at Izuku with curiously narrowed eyes. "I don't like this. We need to get out of here now and report this," The Alpha muttered and Katsuki shot him a glare.

"You don't think I fuckin' know that? I don't want to be his guinea pig for whatever injection he has been working on in this dark ass basement," He huffed and stared at his hands that were wrapped in quirk resistant tape. "He's always been a smart fucker -- He seemed prepared as if he was planning this. That's what worries me," Katsuki admitted quietly.

Izuku tucked away his notebook before grabbing a different one from a desk drawer. He placed it on the metal desk and rubbed his hands together. "I think it's time I explain to you what I have planned. You see, I created something that will help us, Kacchan. I've always wanted to help you. Ever since you came to me that day after presenting your sub-gender, I knew how important your hero career was to you. You'd do anything to be a hero, Kacchan. Anything."

Katsuki sat up with a glare, "What the fuck are you ranting on about, nerd? I am a hero, dumbass. My sub-gender has never stopped me from being a hero!"

"Ah -- But, Kacchan that's where you're wrong." Izuku hummed with a smile and skipped closer before kneeling in front of the duo. "You were never allowed to truly be a hero. They knew you were weaker, more at risk, fragile. Your supervisors never let you go on missions alone, correct? You were always treated as unreliable and in need of an Alpha's protection." Izuku frowned at him and Katsuki bared his teeth.

"I never needed those Alphas to accompany me on missions, nerd! It was only protocol --"

"Yes, yes! Protocol to ensure no one abuses the fact that you are an Omega. You needed protection in case any rogue Alpha came along and decided to use your one weakness against you. Instincts." Izuku grinned and reached out, stroking Katsuki's cheek. Kirishima growled lowly and jerked forward, only to be held back by the chains binding his arms behind his back. Izuku smirked at Kirishima's snarls and gripped the other Omega's jaw delicately.

"Oh please, Kiri. I would never hurt, Kacchan. No need to go all Alpha on me. I know you are quite fond of him, aren't you?" Izuku smirked at Kirishima. "I can understand why you are so attached. Kacchan is quite amazing, isn't he? That's why I am gifting him this first." The greenette released Katsuki's cheek and stood before sauntering over to his injections. He had them all measured out perfectly and decided to double-check with his friend before risking a malfunction.

"Kachan, how much to you weight right now? Think hard and please give me an accurate estimate. I don't want you to overdose," he mused while pulling out a clean syringe and the vile of Omegan cure he created.  Kirishima shot a worried glance at the blond, pleading with his eyes to comply.

"That's some bullshit, nerd. I know your smartass already knows how much I weigh. If you've planned this far, you know every detail, don't you?" Katsuki snarled as the Alpha locked his gaze on the Omega who was holding the vile with an amused expression.

"Just do what he sa --" Kirishima began to plead before Izuku cut them up with a sharp laugh.

"210lbs, give or take a few pounds depending on what you eat that day. When you eat curry, your weight fluctuates approximately 2lbs. When you're going on a mission, you will eat more lean meats and take care of your body a bit more. Then, you tend to drop a few pounds. Right now, you're about a solid 210. Exactly what I had you marked as." Izuku walked over towards the duo, slowly and carefully measuring the right dose into the syringe while Katsuki's wild red eyes glared at him. The Alpha behind him looked panicked, and Izuku rolled his eyes.

"Please, Kiri -- I've known Kacchan longer than you and I have no reason to harm him. I am trying to help him live a better life and reach his goals. You wouldn't understand. You Alphas never understand."

"You don't know what that thing does! You could end up hurting him. If you care for him like you say you do, you would get that tested before offering it to Katsuki. What if you did something wrong and you kill him?!" Kirishima tried to reason with the Omega, and Izuku's viridescent eyes shot in his direction. For a moment, it looked like Izuku was listening, and Kirishima cast him one more pleading glance. There were some things Kirishima had to do as a hero in order to save the lives of others, but this was different. This was Katsuki. The redhead refused to sit here and let his Omega be harmed or altered in any way. Izuku was crazy... This was fucking crazy.

"Please, I love him."
