3. Greetings

As you lightly rest your head on your hand you look out the car window having the usual slight frown and depressed eyes on your face. you brushed your H/C hair away from your face and sighed... Until, you finally see your destination, a tall slightly curved hospital building, it was pretty huge... you wonder if there really aren't just a few depressed people in the world to be cured. You had a slight relief that you aren't alone in this world of "happy" people.

Your mother parks the car in the parking lot and turns around in her seat to look at you "well it seems we reached our destination, remember this is only to help you y/n..." she said. You however just nodded to what she said and looked away from her.

You got out the car and gathered your bags in your hands, you took a deep breath and scanned the hospital before walking on in... hopefully your stay wont be very long, right? you adjusted your f/c (favorite clothing) and your parents stopped at the front glass door to the hospital... are they not coming inside to accompany you? your dad looked at you with a smile on his face as he placed a hand on your shoulder "You have to go in by yourself, don't worry! they have it all under control. hopefully they cure you soon y/n, I really do!" He said. with that little unsympathetic speech he gave you they both waved you off goodbye... just like that and nothing else. You waved goodbye back tearing up a bit, a bit of blurriness in your vision, you wiped your tears away and stepped inside. It was a pretty nice clean looking hospital, almost everything was white!

You stand there for a bit before nurses come in, they are not human they are robots, well... nursebots to be precise. "oh dear, sorry we weren't at the front desk!" one nurse said "we had a bit of trouble in the back! nothing too bad of course!" the other one said. "o-oh! that's alright, really I'm fine" you said in a soft voice. The nurses looked at you "so you must be the new patient! how lovely! don't worry about a thing dear, you will be better in no time! everybody is friendly here and we will make sure you are quite comfortable!" the nurse said. you just nodded and made an slightly shy fake smile, suddenly some little strange robots appear from behind the front desk and take your baggage, they just make little strange noises and take it down a hallway to a room "h-hey, where are those little guys taking my bags?" you said "oh! they just make sure you didn't pack anything dangerous with you and take your stuff upstairs to your new room!" she said, "my.. new room? so, it's already assigned to me already?-" you say, the nurses nod "oh! and one more thing! you are assigned to Chadwick! he's very nice, he will be-" Just then somebody walked in, this thing was huge...it looked definitely intimidating, you heard the clanking of metal footsteps come down the hallway, it had a type of mechanical box with four legs attached to it and a four limbs with gloved hands, it had a pretty long neck and a round head with a wide smile. It towered over you, you jumped a bit as it got close. "-your new best friend and doctor!" the robot finished the nurses sentence and continued "oh dear I'm so sorry if I frightened you a bit! Allow me to introduce myself! my name is Chadwick! And its quite a pleasure to meet you!" Chadwick smiled warmly and took your hand without warning and shook it energetically, he stopped and you took your hand back quickly, clearing your throat as you looked up at him "nice to m-meet you um, Chadwick... my name is y/n-" you said a bit shyly. "y/n! what a wonderful name for a wonderful person such as yourself! I can tell we are both going to get along!" he said grinning. you noticed something about Chadwick actually... he actually has a genuine smile, of course you did notice he has a permanent smile but you can tell, that made you a bit comfortable.
