Zero to Six.

Chapter 4 ~ First Impressions Count.

"Hey, Zero" I barely saw the fingers waving in front of my eyes. "Darling focus"

Suddenly my eyes snapped to Five sat in front of me.

"Hey, what would you like to drink?"

Five just raised her eyebrows at me then looked over her shoulder to the door where Four still stood observing the room.

"Handsome isn't he?" she winked at me. "You nervous?"

"Why would I be nervous? Not like he's going to know who I am anyways." I wiped the newly cleaned glass in front of me.

"You never know he might instantly click with you." She started swaying on her stool looking at everyone who passed the bar. "I mean he'll be dumb not to."

"Yeah fat chance Five." I whispered. "What would you like to drink Ma'am." I straightened up as the bar suddenly got busy.

"A Tequila on the Rocks With Lime would do just nicely." She smiled at me, putting her arms on the bar.

"Coming right up."

I made her drink how I'd been taught to all those years ago, that now seemed like a life time had passed.

I placed the drink in front of her with a satisfied smile as she handed me the money.

"Keep the change Sweetie." I just smiled and shook my head as she swayed up to her next target.

"Hey, Lilly. There's someone on the phone for you." My manger for the night tapped me on the shoulder.

Lilly was the cover name One had come up with for me, I wish I would have got to choose for myself though. I guess that was another perk of being a ghost, if you were undercover you could call yourself what ever you'd like. Take a name you'd always wanted. But One had to ruin even that.

"Okay." I started walking to the office. "Thanks One." I mumbled to myself.

I made sure that no one was around, swiftly I went into the office locking the door.
I then reached into my locker taking out the laptop bag, setting up my computer and putting the head set on.

"How we all doing?"

"Zero my dear girl it's great to hear your voice." Three was the first to chime in.

I just laughed quietly. "Hey three, god I wish I could see your's and Two's disguise. I bet it's really awesome."

"It's really not it's absolutely terrible, be glad that you don't have to look upon it." One scoffed.

"Says you with your shitty motorbike costume."

"Children please! There's no police alerts, or suspicion as to what went on in the room so job well done guys." I said checking the police scanner and the cameras in the hall.

Just then Three stuck his head out the door, looked up to the camera on the wall, giving me a thumbs up. I just chuckled to myself.

"Jobs done here, so Four and Five I know you can hear me. Stick around for another hour or so then meet me in the kitchens." There was a pause. "Zero you can log off and go about your business."

I sighed. "Yes sir. over and out." I ripped the coms off my head, putting my laptop back in the locker.

I headed back out to the bar only to be stopped short in my tracks.

There stood right in front of the bar was Four and a very beautiful blonde woman.

As I got closer I could tell that they were obviously flirting, suddenly I felt very annoyed but then quickly corrected myself.
I had no right to be annoyed that Four was flirting with someone else.
