Chapter 1 : Jealous or not?
Mith’s POV
I looked through every social media she had, in hope of finding some details on her.
“Why on earth is she so perfect? Why can’t she notice me?” I cried in agony.
It’s traumatizing to have a crush. Never before in my life.. falling for a female?!
There’s thousands of girls better than her, whom actually have interest in me.
I can’t.. My brain cells might explode when I think of her.
All of a sudden, a notification on my phone woke me up from the sea of emotions. It was a text from my buddy. I’ve asked him to research about her information. Perhaps, that’s why he texted me? I was so excited, I literally spammed him for seconds.
“So, I found out that she plays league. She’s a real “tsundere”. ( Terrible for you ). Apparently, her in-game user name is… AFishForLife. She’s really good! I’ve spectated several games she played.” The text said.
Almost immediately, I texted back saying, “How dare you. Spectate my woman’s match?"
"Your woman? Whoa bro. You’re over-thinking this. She barely knows you.” He replied.
In a rage, I switched off my phone and immediately switched on my laptop. Searching for her information on League Of Legends, I sent a friend request to her. I was really amazed when she accepted it in seconds.
Almost within the blink of an eye, I messaged her, “Hey. I suppose you’re the girl from our school? I’m the ‘Suave Beauty’. Do you know me?”
Her reply shocked the daylights out of me. “What the heck on earth is that? That sounds like some weirdo..”
I tried covering it away by replying, “Um. I’m Mith. I was joking about the ‘Suave Beauty’. Who on earth would have such a weird nickname, eh?”
I am such a genius. Insulting my own nickname right there.. Marvelous, Mith..
“Anyways.. I suppose, after introducing myself to you, you should mention your own name?”
Keep it cool, Mith.
“Hey. Buddy. If you think I’m going to tell you my name this easily, you need some counselling.. I know some pretty good counsellors. I could recommend you to them.”
“Want to play a game?” I asked nervously while ignoring her mean comment.
“Sure, since my friends are all away, and Paige is making a fan fiction..”
“Who is this Paige you’re talking about?”
“My wife.” She replied proudly.
Wife? Oh my god. I am so jealous of that girl.
Slowly, we lost track of time, and we played on for the entire day.
Her POV
Who the hell is this guy? What’s wrong with him? Even Paige isn’t this creepy. I should probably introduce Paige to Mith. After all, they’re both weirdos. They’d surely be a perfect match.
Suddenly, Paige and Mith messaged me at the same time.
It’s only morning, and they miss me already?
Following my instinct, I matched us three into a game
In the game, everything was going in plan. Paige,as usual, called to be the same lane as me. I rejected her politely and called for the lane that Mith would usually go. Naturally, Paige and Mith were placed in to the same lanes. I cracked out in laughter. My evil plan was working.
I even made a voice chat and added both of them. Normally, I would be fooling around with Paige, but, today.. I muted my microphone. I could hear them both talking to each other throughout the match.
“Hey wife, Why aren’t you talking today?” Paige asked curiously.
“Oh, you two seemed lovey-dovey. I’m not going to talk and be the light bulb!” I typed into the chat, forming a smile with my lips.
I was shocked when both of them replied in synergy. They had both replied, “We aren’t lovey-dovey!” at the same time. This was more than I expected. They have excellent humour, This match make is going to be easy!
After a few games, I pretended to go away from keyboard. Mith and Paige were both messaging me about each other, all positive comments.
As the days went on, they begin looking for each other the moment they went online.
Out of the blue, I asked them if we could have a meeting for us three. They both agreed, and we chose to meet up at Senoras. We shared costs and booked a hotel room for two days, planning to stay over there.
