"It will be so much fun , I mean , well, come on ! Aradia and fef and me and you are all gonna be living next to each other and we can have nic cage marathons and go swimming and go to the museum and cosplay and...!"

"John!"

"And I'm sure vriska will like you ! You'll love Rose though , she's a lot like you , and so is Jade!"

"JOHN!"

You point to Alternia Apartments , your fingers tapping your thigh.

"Oh right" he replies then adjusts his glasses. As you get out of the car and have john grab a few of your bags , you watch the building. A party is going on on the roof. A blond haired guy with anime shades salutes you  and turns towards a curly blond haired chick. That's all you do before john grabs your hand and races you over to the building. As the sensor activated doors open , you find yourself in what would have been a fancy corridor but has been..."defaced".

Pictures of trolls and humans cover an entire wall (not a bad thing , actually quite cute really), the word "honk" is spray painted above a couch, a trolls shippings have been painted over a large painting , scalemates hang above the counter and a pile of horns sits in the middle of the room. John grins nervously and dives into an explanation,

"Well, meenah and fef sort of own this building like a house so they invited us all to come live here".

You nod and head over to the elevator , still lugging your REALLY heavy bags. As john presses the button for floor number 5 you drop them on the ground and get out your phone and the crinkled piece of paper dirk gave you. It reads:

You smile and add him to your contacts , chances are you'll see him here. As the elavator halts , you shove the paper inside your back pocket and give john a grin and thumbs up. He returns the grin and hurries you down a hall. "You live to the left of me and jane , to the right of Sollux and opposite Dave and Dirk. Aradia has an apartment nearby on this floor but has been bunking with Sollux for a while. Fef and meenah live on the top which is the kitchen , club , pool , lounge , computer room , staff storage areas , six exclusive apartments , two of which are occupied by Meenah and Feferi. You got that ?"

You stare at john absentmindedly then reply "I need that on paper Egbert, seriously"

He clucks his teeth. "You'll learn". As john leads you down the hall , you hear ke$ha blasting from the roof. When you reach your room , you open.it to find it already decorated. A (choose anything) plushie sits on your (color) duvet , which has a (symbol) on it. Pictures of you and your friends are hung on the walls.

(An: the room was partially pre decorated). You stride over to the window and take in your view; a garden with a bunch of hedges arranged to look like a ... House ?

You really don't know.

You tell John you're going to settle in and take a nap. He nods and leaves quietly , leaving a map of the apartment block on your bedside table.

You drift off slowly into slumber land...

Your DREAM POV.

"Oh (Yn),

You are so predictable" The alpha Demon Dirk whispers. You blush deeply and spit in his face. "Fuck off Strider "

Dirk pushes his hair out of his eyes and sighs. "(Yn) , you can be so stubborn. Just give up, Dave's going to come in and turn you any minute now"

His eyes travel up your body and your eyebrows crease.

"Stay the hell away from me" you growl. "Aww, but what fun would that be?" Dirk murmurs"Anyways , Dave's not here yet".

His lips smash against yours and his tongue pushes its way into your mouth , his right hand on your hips and his left tangled in your hair. Just then , Dave bursts in through the doors , disgusted. "Wtf Dirk, that's my catch" he yells. Dirk just shrugs and backs away. Dave runs up to you. You don't want to go this way , first as a blood source and then, a lower class demon. You're supposed to be hunting him , not the opposite way round! Dave's mouth presses against your necks , his fangs slowly seeping in , his raven wings out and eyes glinting with mischief. Pleasure goes through you as your vision fades.

Maybe this isn't so bad.

End of dream POV

Reality comesss baaaccckkk

You wake up , sweat snaking down your forehead. You feel warm and... Tingly? A beautiful kind of feeling. Your phone beeps in the bedside table , johns text ringtone repeating itself.

You pick up the phone and read the last two text.

(Yn) , Porrim and Jane made dinner!

Come to the lounge !

The sun starts to set , the colors red and orange...
