"MOON KIT!, WHAT are you doing near the farm!?" screeched rose eyes as she tugged moon kit back into the safety of the forest"you said i could explore!so i did!"meowed moon kit"but not near the farm! do you know what happened to shadow tail when he did that! do you!?"moon kit stopped and stared for a second then replied" whos shadow tail?""exactly! nearly no one knows who he is now because he NEVER returned! who knows it could of been that farm he had last went to before he disappeared! NEVER GO THERE AGAIN!!"shrieked rose "now go and play in the meadow.If i see you in that farm yard again so help me i will feed you to shadow clan cats!"moon yelped as her mother nipped her hard around the ear and sent her off to the meadow with a even harder shove after that her mother left. the only way to get to the farm is to swim across a river. "If only mother knew that i learnt how to swim!"thought moon kit as she leapt into the cold water.but the only problem was she wasn't a good swimmer. she knew how to swim but not against currents. even the tiniest rapped would send her off course. moon kit fought against the current as best as she could until finely the swirling waters won driving her under water and sending her down stream with a ferocious tug. moon kit was dragged away from the safety of the forest and dragged in to a new one. The water was cold sending shiver's down moon kits back and moon kit could make out the shape of a couple of cats above the surface. she could see them swiping fish out of the water. moon kit tried to surface for air but the current dragged her down deeper she tried again but it made it worse. moon kit could feel her toes turning numb and she could feel the darkness closing in around her. the last thing she remembered was a paw swiping her out of the water............
