Third POV
Emma walked to the manger office and opened the door without knocking. She saw the manager was lying on the floor playing with Amy. " Aww who's a good girl? You? Awwww yes you're the good girl,you're the good girl" he said as he rubbing Amy's belly. He didn't even notice Emma was watching him from his office door. " Manager?" " Huh?" Mr Dan turned his head to see who it is and he saw Emma standing still behind him. He got shocked, he quickly grab Amy and went to his desk. Putting Amy on his lap and started stroking her back nervously. He let out a nervous smile at Emma.
"It's not like w-what you think. I-It's not l-like I'm an otaku who like c-cats and opened this cafe named from an a-anime" He said shuttering to Emma. Amy felt uncomfortable the way he stroke her. She got pissed and hopped onto a blanket covering a shelf beside his desk . The blanket got pull by the weight of Amy and it fell on the floor revealing a shelf full of figuras of girls and most of it are nekomimis. He got shocked " NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!!! " He looked at Emma who is still standing in front of the office door. " It's my nephew's not mine!"
Emma walked towards him and asked him where are the papers that needed to sign. Mr Dan looked at Emma for awhile and gave her the papers. While Emma was signing the papers " you're not gonna laugh at me?" he said with tears in his eyes. Emma shook her head.
" Why? Isn't someone like you always laughed at otaku guys like me?"
" That's what you see in everyone you've met."
" What?"
" Everyone is different, nobody is the same as anybody. Try to know everyone, it might change your life forever. Don't be afraid to show who you really are."
"....."
Those words made him think how afraid he is to be humiliated by someone, after Emma finished signing the papers, she got up and picked up Amy as she went towards the door" Wait! "he yelled as he stood up. Emma turned her head " Umm..Thanks for your advice, Emma. I'm Mr Dan by the way." Emma slightly nodded at him and went out of the office.
