Chapter 7: A Strange Figure

      After what happened at the manager office, he finally got the guts to put his beloved action figura at the cafe display rack. The customer were fascinated to see the figura, some even take a selfie with the figura and the maids as a souvenir and even a few cosplayer were there to have lunch after the event that was held in the mall.
      As the manager saw this, he finally felt accepted because he thought he was the only person who is too old to do this but Emma proved him wrong.
       Everyone is different but some have the same hobby just like him. One of the cosplayer even asked the manager where did he bought it some even want to buy it on the spot.
      Emma and her maid friend felt happy for the manger as he finally opening himself to other people .
     As the time went by, they finally finished their job at the cafe. The manager thanked her over and over as he finally made friends with other people. Emma just slightly nod at him and went back home.
     On her way home, she saw an abandon park with a sign on the front written 'Do Not Enter!!'. She looked at the park and wonder what's in there. Then, she caught a glimpse of a strange figure standing between the trees  and the overgrown weeds, it have a very pale skin and it looked like it's wearing something like a coat, not far from where she is standing.
      Emma stared at the figure for a while before it disappears in a blink of an eye.

Emma POV
     I wonder what is that...why is it standing there?...I better get home fast before Amy gets hungry. As I left the park, I felt I was being watched.

Third POV
     As Emma reached home, her cat Amy was already sulking behind the fridge as Emma went to the kitchen to find her. "Sorry I'm late Amy, I got distracted on the way home." Emma said as she quickly give Amy her favourite cat food. To this Amy quickly dash to her food bowl and gobble up everything. "Boy! She's sure is hungry" Emma thought. Emma gently stroked Amy's  back as she's eating greedily. Emma slightly smiled at Amy, before she zoned out thinking about the strange figure she just met.
      Before she realized, Amy was already sleeping beside her food bowl. Emma lifted Amy and carried her to her bed. After that, Emma takes a nice warm shower before going to bed.
