Toby accidentally broke your favorite headphones and it made you very very sad.
"How am I going to listen to music now??" you complained and it seems like your overreacting but you can't blame yourself. You kind of had this obsession with listening to music with that headphones. You don't listen to music with other gadgets, but your headphones... you're always using it!
You can't even imagine a day without using it! But now it seems like you will.
Toby, on the other hand, felt so bad even though he didn't mean to do it. He knew that you weren't mad at him but you still are disappointed.
"It's an accident, it's fine." you told him, but he can still see the sadness and disappointment through your eyes. He knew that sorry wasn't enough to make it up to you, so he came up with a plan to replace it with new ones when she least expected it.
Your 3rd year anniversary is coming in a week and he knew that you wouldn't expect him to give you new headphones despite knowing that he's always coming up with something even more romantic like a ring or something.
~Fast forward to your anniversary~
Both of you decided to just stay at your home and watch movies while cuddling around all day. You were contented with just this as long as you have him to spend it by your side. Little did you know, Toby already bought you new headphones with the same color but with a better quality that can do more things than the ones you just had.
"Oh I have something for you" he said to you while you're busy choosing the 3rd movie you guys are about to watch.
"Hmm? For me?"
"Yes" he smiled "But I think I left it upstairs to your bed. Do you mind checking it out for me?" You looked at him with confusion.
"Why is he commanding me to go get it when he can get it himself?"
You thought to yourself. You still obeyed him so you stood up to go to your room upstairs but as you were doing it he shouted "Be careful not to jump on your bed and break it!"
"What? Why?" you whispered as you checked your bed to see a box with a note saying..
I'm sorry for breaking your headphones. I hope this will make you happy. I love you! Happy Anniversary! ~Toby
You opened the box and a huge smile grew on your face as you saw what's inside. It's a headphone! With the same color like the one Toby just broke.
"Do you like it?" you turned around as you heard your boyfriend ask you that question.
"I don't.." he bowed his head with your response "CAUSE I LOVE IT!" you added as you jumped on him and planted kisses all over his face with the headphones still in your hands. He laughed and kissed you on the lips, satisfied with your reaction.
"Be careful not to break it!" He said as you got off of him and gave him the brightest smile you can give.
"Thank you" you mouthed going near to him and giving him a hug. He held you by your waist while kissing you on your cheeks.
"You want to try it?" he asked "Heck yes!" you replied making you both chuckle and headed downstairs to continue celebrating your anniversary.
