Hikaru couldn't believe he was seeing what was in front of him. A city, the city he'd once loved, flooded with water, the waves lapping at the sides of buildings. Debris; cars, trash cans, dumpsters, and other things floated in the water. And he was right in the middle of it, heading for the tallest building. The one the monster was said to be in. He had to kill it, or he'd be a disgrace.
