Norman ran until his legs gave out, running to a beach near his apartment. His stumbles and falls with a thud on the sand.

"Ah!"

Norman tries to calm down his breathing in the sand. At this point he doesn't care if his uniform gets ruined. He didn't think to care.

Tears...why were there tears? Why does it hurt so much? Norman doesn't understand the pain he was feeling. I feels like his heart was ripped in two. Maybe it did, he wasn't sure.

Norman stood up and walked towards the depths of the water. He stood there, staring into the abyss.

He stood there for awhile till he realised that he had calmed down.

Norman sighed and looked at his surroundings. He realised he was close to his apartment. He didn't really care if he walked, besides he was able to run all the way here.

That's when Norman made his way to his apartment, in silence. When he got there he grabbed his spare keys under the mat of his door. He fumbled with his keys and opened his door to his apartment.

His only home, the only place that made him feel better.

Norman already knew what he was going to do when he got inside. He grabbed a new bottle of vintage wine and made his way over to his couch. Which he didn't turn on the television.

He stared into the darkness, looking at himself.

He was thinking of how much of a mess he was. He disgusted himself. No wonder Emma chose Ray over him. How pathetic he was.

But he still didn't understand. Norman couldn't think of anything else at this point. He didn't care about how old he was, where he was, his career, nothing.

He couldn't stop thinking about them.

Didn't Ray know about his crush on Emma? Then why? Would they really get together behind his back? Norman didn't know what he was doing wrong. They couldn't even tell him. They told their fans before him. Wasn't he close to them? They have all known each other since a young age.

He didn't know how to feel anymore. He was shocked, really shocked. He thought they would never hide anything from each other, they both promised to. Why would they lie?

Ray and Emma never really cared about him or his feelings. He just wished they understood how he felt too.

It's hard trying to be happy all the time. He was trying to be happy for them. He wished his life could of been that way. But, sadly he was never that lucky. Life just kept getting harder and harder, how could life get easier?

Well, usually Emma and Ray made him happier when he was down. But now, everything has changed in there relationship. They have been through a lot together, why does he hurt this much now? Over something this stupid? He was truly pathetic.

But, he was used to it. He was always left behind. They were trying to use him, his whole life so they could be happy...right?

Norman felt sick. He wasn't sure if it was because he had already downed half of the wine.

But Norman knew it probably wasn't the wine, but what made him feel this way?

"Norman!"

Norman's assistant Anna called out to him after seeing him run out the door.

"Oh no...what am I going to do? He left all his belongings here as well! Emma and Ray aren't going to be happy about this."

Anna sighs and gets Norman's belongings together in a pile.

That's when Ray and Emma got off stage from after their performance. Then Gilda ran to them straight away, along with Don, Ray's assistant.

"Good job you two!" Gilda exclaimed.

"See, I told you it wouldn't be that hard to do! But you know you could have added more spice to it." Laughed Don.

"Don! Stop being rude!" said Gilda poking at Don's side.

"Ouch! Okay, okay! My bad."

"Awh, It's fine Gilda. But, thanks for supporting us through this. Ray and I really appreciate it!"
Exclaimed Emma.

Ray looks around and notices someone is missing. This makes Ray nervous. "Hey. Does anyone know where N-"

"You just missed him."

Ray turns around. "Anna?"

"I-I'm sorry. I couldn't stop him. He just ran off randomly. I don't know why he would, but something isn't right with him."

Ray hangs his head down. "Damn it. I had a feeling this would happen. Alright thanks for telling us, Anna."

Ray turns to Emma and Emma nods to Ray. Then Ray looks back to Anna. "Cancel the rest of the performance. We aren't performing without him."

"Are you sure?"

"...Yeah." Ray said as he grabs his belongings along with Emma, her too grabbing her belongings.

"Please find him. If there is anything I can do please let me know."

Emma looks over to Anna. "Thanks Anna. We will for sure," says Emma happily.

Ray and Emma exited the building and walked towards Emma's car.

Emma looks over at Ray, then she stops and grabs his hand. Ray turns to look at Emma.

"It's our fault, isn't it?"
