"Ray...I love you."

Ray froze in the moment. "What?"

"You heard me, Ray. I love you. Like a lot." Emma nervously laughs. Then Emma's head shoots up then she shakes her hands violently towards Ray. "No, not like family, Ray. I like-like you."

Ray didn't know what to say.

How would Norman feel about this?

Ray felt bad for Norman. But, Ray has held his feelings in for a long time.

"Emma I..."

Emma looks down "It's okay if you don't feel the same. I understand that i'm weird and-"

Ray grabs Emma's hands, making her blush. "Emma, please don't feel like that. Emma I love you too. I'm sorry I never said anything it's just that you know, that- uhm"

Emma looks up at Ray. "What Ray? Are we doing something wrong?"

Ray sighs. "No, never mind it's nothing."

"Is it about Norman?"

Ray's eyes widen "How did you know that he..."

Emma laughs nervously. "It was kind of obvious but, I can't help that I don't feel the same about him. I feel bad for it, too. But I love you Ray, and I'm glad you feel the same as I do."

Ray cracks a smile at Emma. "Guess you're right. But, I love you so much Emma. It hurts. I thought it was only me who liked you and I didn't want to make things weird and-."

Then Emma walks closer to Ray.

"Emma wh-"

Emma interrupts him by giving him a kiss on his lips. It wasn't a perfect kiss but, Ray didn't mind. Ray's lips slowly dissolve into Emma's lips. After a couple minutes, they separated from each other slowly,  both smiling at each other.

Emma laughs at how flustered Ray was. "Oh yeah, Ray. Don't worry about Norman, he'll be fine. We all have each other after all!"

"Yeah, you're right. It'll always be the three of us in the end."

Ray looks down at his watch. "Emma, we should get back it's getting late."

Emma sighs then realizes what time it was. "Oh shit, you're right! Let's go, then."

Emma starts to walk over to her car. Then she stops suddenly and turns around. "Hey, Ray?"

Ray locks his eyes with Emma's eyes. "Hm?"

"I love you, Ray."

"I love you too, Emma."
