Prom Night • Shindou Takuto x Reader

Third Person's POV

"Prom wasn't scary. It's just the most important school dance you could attend, especially when the love of your life was going too." Aoi said. Y/n kept trying to wiggle her way out if going, telling everyone a different excuse

"I can't dance and I don't have a date!" Y/n complained as she was walking around.

"It's not about your date, just have some fun." Midori said.

"Well, I'm not--"

"Let's get you a gown." Aoi spoke as she dragged Y/n with her. Midori and Akane also came along.

"So what do you think?" Y/n look at them as they looked at her gown.

"Uh--" Midori drag her and scream in amusement."It's gorgeous as always!"

Y/n smiled at her and stare at her gown. It's tube top with a pitch of black and the bottom of gown colored in violet.

"You're beautiful as always, Y/n" Aoi comment which everybody nodded as agree. Y/n just blush and smile.

"So are you ready to go on prom?" Aoi ask her a question that makes her frown. "Yeah about that, do I really have to go?"

Akane react and spoke on her. "C'mon Y/n! This is one of a life time prom night and you can't miss any moment."

"Well, I can come if I'll just have to sit there and eat." Y/n spoke as she smiled.

"Agreed!" They reacted as they smirked.

"Hey Shindou." Kirino called him as Shindou take a glance at Kirino. "The prom is coming, do you know who you're going to dance?"

"Ummm..."

"Do you want to dance Aoi?" Kirino asked but he refused saying that Tenma will dance her. "How about Akane?"

"She's not suitable to be his partner." Kariya commented. "Then how about Y/n?"

"Y/n should be a perfect match for you." Kirino spoke as Kariya nodded.

"Well...."

"We'll arrange everything for you."

The Prom Night

Y/n stepped out of Akane's car and she was amazed. The place scream in elegance as she stepped. There's a shining chandelier that center of attention. A cream colored theme place and a light bulb field every corner.
"Wow this is awesome!" Akane comment when there are inside. Y/n headed to couch and sat.

"She is really..."

"Shin-sama is here." Akane took a glance at Shindou and smiled.

"He's already here." Midori spoke as she looked at Shindou.

Meanwhile, Shindou and the others have entered the place. Kirino looked at Y/n and saw her sitting alone and eating.

"Shindou, she's here." Kirino spoke as Shindou took a glance at Y/n.

"I think I can do this." He frowned.

Kirino tapped Shindou's should. "You'll be fine, we've already arranged everything for you."

"Thank you guys."

"No problem senpai." Kariya replied as she smiled. Kirino and Midori exchanged glances with each other and they nodded.

"Y/n, let's dance." Midori offered but she refused. Midori noticed that Shindou is coming.

"Shindou is coming to you." Midori whispered as Y/n was surprised.

"W-What?! He's coming?!" Y/n exclaimed as she was surprised. She glance at Shindou and he's really coming in her direction.

"Ladies and gentlemen, it's the start of the sweet dance, please choose your partner and come infront." The announce said as Y/n started to get nervous.

"May I have this dance?" Shindou asked he extended an arm towards her. They both blushed and Y/n nodded as she took his hands and stood up.

Plenty of people had gushed about how cute you and Shindou together while dancing. Shindou react when Y/n stepped his foot. "S-Sorry" she's trembling, her knees being jelly because of nervous.

"Y/n, just relax." he smiled. Y/n blushed and quickly avoid Shindou's glances. After a few minutes Y/n notice that they left alone in the dance floor.

Y/n called Shindou's attention. "Hey, I think it's over let's go back to our seats."

After a few moments, the principal called everyone's attention to announce the prom king and queen. "The Prom King and Queen is Shindou Takuto and Y/n L/n! Congratulations to the both of you."

"I'm the prom queen and the prom king is... Shindou?!" Y/n exclaimed and Aoi just nodded.

"May I call on the Prom King and Queen for their last dance." The principal spoke as Shindou stood up and approached Y/n.

"May I dance with you, my queen?" Shindou asked again as he extended his hand.

"Of course. I would love to dance with you, my king." She said as she took his hand and went in the center of the dance floor. They danced like a couple, sweet and romantic.

"I love you, my queen." Shindou said as they were dancing. Y/n was surprised about what Shindou felt for him because she feels the same feelings towards him.

"I love you too, my king." She said as they both danced and Shindou leant in for a kiss.
