Kanna's POV

I woke up again early in the morning when I noticed that one of my maids opened the curtain. "Good morning, Lady Kanna." I left my bed and sat infront of the mirror. My servant started to comb my hair.

"Can I atleast do this?" I asked my maid but she shake her head. "Please let me do this, Lady." Since I can't convince her, I just let her do it and as soon as she finished, she prepared my bath and I went to have it. After it, my maid help me to got dressed and I decided to come down.

"Oh Kanna, join me here." My father ordered and I sat on the table. I started to eat my breakfast. "Are you riding on our car or you're just going to walk today?"

I smiled sweetly. "Father, I would like to walk by myself." He sighed. "You are studying at an elite school and all of them are rich and famous, but even if we're rich, you still keep your status low, huh?"

"I wouldn't like to trouble you more father, so I decided to lower my status and be a scholar at that school. "

"So you decided to act like a nerd?"

The silence was between us so after I finished, I decided to drink my tea and stood up, kissed my father's cheek and leaving him alone. "Take care."

"I will father!"

Seeing my butler near the car, he asked me if I'm going to ride the car or not. I just shake my head and started to walked towards our gate. "Thank you." I smiled as I looked to him and I started to run towards the school. I arrived at the school and I just simply glanced at the students here.

"Well, well, the nerd is here." The bullies are here again. I just sighed and left them alone. "Are you deaf? You're just going ignore me?!"

Before I could run, she and her friends caught the tip of my hair. "Ouch..." I did my best to free myself, luckily I did. "Come back here!" I ran as fast as I could and I bumped into someone. "Are you okay?"

We exchanged glances and he smiled while I was emotionless but I know deep down I was hurt. He stood up and offered me his hand to get me stand.  "Are you bullying her again Aoi, Akane, Midori?" The students around us are murmuring to each other.

"Shin-sama is protecting her."

"She seduced our Takuto, I hate her."

"She's just a nerd, yuck!"

"Don't come near him."

"She must've done something for her to recognized by our Shin-sama."

After hearing those words, my heart felt heavy. I know I didn't do it. I feel that I was about to cry but I stopped myself, good girls never cry.

"I... I... S-She stole my wallet!" Akane said as I just frowned. "Wallet? You're talking about that, are you?" The pointed his finger towards her bag and Akane immediately saw her wallet. "I-It's not--"

"Don't bully her again or you'll have to face me." I saw her bit her lip and they left like the other students. "Let's go to the infirmary to treat your bruises, okay?"

I just nodded and we went on the infirmary. I sat on a bed and he started to treat my bruises that Akane caused. "Tell me if it hurts, I'll be gentle."

"I-Itai..." I uttered in a small voice and he looked at me, he smiled gently and continued to treat it but this time, it was gentle. "I apologize on behalf of Akane and her friends. She wasn't like that before but she changed after she was rejected by her crush when she confessed."

"I-I see..."

"Don't be shy. By the way, I'm Shindou Takuto, you are?"

I know that you're Shindou Takuto, the heir of Shindou Enterprises, father told it to me. In fact, I know all the students here, including Akane. "I'm Saito Kanna."
