CHAPTER ONE 「いち」

IT WAS A NICE AND CLOUDY DAY as [y/n] looked out of her bedroom window. The first things she noticed was the cherry blossoms slowly shedding due to the recent weather. Realizing that she's been staring outside for the past couple minutes she turns around and heads to her vanity to get ready for the day. Slowly combing her (h/c) hair she notices how much it has grown. Once being just over her shoulder has now grown to her mid waist. As she notices this change, she sees just how much time has past.

Sighing, [y/n] glances back to her mirror staring into her doe [e/c] eyes for a while realizing if the change of growth was a good or bad thing. 

"onee-chan, where are you?" cried out a small voice of a little girl.

Startled, [y/n] looks towards her door and calls back out, "I'm over here in my room Nana!" 

Hearing quick little footsteps coming closer to her room, [y/n] finishes combing her hair and quickly picks out an outfits from her closet.

"Ah! there you are!" cried out Nana. 

Nana a girl of the age of 9 with brown pigtails, light freckles, doe light hazel eyes and girlish smile on her face excitingly opens up the room door approaching [y/n] from her bed.

"Did you need something?" I asked after being dressed into a tight but comfy cream knit mid length dress with a brown coat over top paired with a couple of light brown ankle boots. 

Finally taking notice of the little girl named Nana, [y/n] places her hand to the back of her little sister, both walking back out of her room.

Nana tilts her head upward and nods to [y/n]. 

"Oba-san wants you to meet her outside in the garden, said it was to talk about you heading off now.. whatever that meant" Nana says as they both head over. 

[Y/N] hums as she still faces forward with no expression on her face. Nana then stops in her place thinking about what she just said.

[Y/N] noticing that the little girl stopped walking, stops as well looking over at her and waiting for her to speak before opening her mouth. 

"Are yo- are you leaving home?" Nana stutters while looking down towards the ground with an expression [y/n] can detect as sadness. 

Noticing the girls distress, [y/n] is quick to place her hands on Nana's arms while bending down to her height. Nodding in response [y/n] finally opens her mouth.

"There are some things that I must do, I-" [y/n] cuts off her own sentence not knowing what else to say as she also doesn't fully understand what it is that she must leave the house for. 

"I- um, I have to-" [y/n] stumbles but before she can finish what she says another voice enters the conversation.

"[Yukihara-san]!" calls out a loud and demanding voice. 

"You should be out by the garden. Your Aunt is waiting now for your arrival." Startled by the voice, both of the girls look up and over to their left to see one of their Aunt's 'right-hand man' walking over to them with guards by both of his sides. 

A man standing at the height of 6'3 with dark black hair sweeping smoothly to the right side of his head, striking green eyes with a beauty mark under his left eye, mouth pulled up into a slight snarl with a face of annoyance being presented walks over to the two girls in a fast pace. If [y/n] didn't know of his presence, she would deem him as being a handsome young man being the age of 28 except the fact that she can't stand him.
