(3rd person's POV)

(y/n) was doing one of her duty as a wife; doing house chores.

She cleaned their share room, her own room and the isolated room, Chan's room. That serves as his home office and sometimes he spent most of his time with other girls in there. Yes, he always brings different girls almost every day. That gives (y/n) a heartache.

When she's done cleaning the living room, she went to the garden. She watered the plants and clean up the scattered leaves around the garden.

I threw myself on the sofa. "Ahh! That was tiring!" I shouted as I stretch my hands out. I stared on the ceiling and remember one of the biggest event in my life..

*Flashback*

"How is our "soon to be married" daughter?" I'm looking at my reflection on the mirror wearing my gown when my mom entered the room.

"Mom! Dad!" I ran to hug my mother and my father. They hugged me back too. " how do I look?" I asked them as I twirl around my gown. " You look so beautiful, dear!" Dad said. "Really?" I said in excitement.

"Your dad is right, you look so beautiful. Beautiful than anyone!" My mom exclaimed. "Aww... Thanks mom! Thanks dad!" I continued to play around with my gown. I'm so excited for my wedding day. Finally I will be marrying the first man who stole my heart. He is my first love. Since the day I first saw him.

My mother take my hand and lead me to the bed. She guided me to sit down on the bedside. " Alright, alright! That's enough, dear. You're too excited!" Mom said. " Mom, I just can't help it! Hehe!"

"Oh! Where's daddy?" I asked when I noticed that papa was no longer there. "He just had a call from a friend. about some business matters". Mom explained. I pouted. " Dad is always been like that!" My mom didn't say anything. She pulled me up to stand and lead me to the balcony. She held my hands "Dear, you're already getting married." She looked at me and cupped my other cheek. "You'll be living with your husband soon. And I can't see you more often if that happens. But as long as you're happy, I'll be Happy" my mom said.

"Mom, don't worry I'll visit you sometimes." I hugged her."Yes. I know how caring you are. You're husband will be the luckiest man when he have you. You didn't think much about yourself. You always put other people first than yourself. But dear, you have to take care of yourself too " My mom said. "Yes I will. I promise!". I answered. " and remember, as good wife you must love and understand your husband no matter what. You should do what he wanted because that's your duty. To please your husband." She gave me a sincere smile.
"Yes mom." I smiled back at her.

She kissed my forehead and get out of my room. "Good night, dear. Sweet dreams" she said before closing the door.

I stayed at the balcony. I looked at the sky where the stars are shining. The full Moon is shining brightly. I wonder how is he doing right now. Does he miss me the way I missed him? Is he excited about our wedding? I can't wait to meet him.

-the day of their marriage-

I walked on the aisle nervously. My eyes was fixed on him but I'm a bit disappointed. He's not even looking at me . I heard my mother called me. She gave me a sign to smile because my smile already faded away. I smiled at her and continued walking.

My tears starts to form in my eyes. Tears of joy! I'm still smiling while my tears keep falling down to my cheeks. I'm gonna have the man I only love all of my life.

I keep staring at him. But still he isn't looking at me. He seems like he's not even paying attention to me. He was in deep thoughts that made me wonder what is going on with him.

I've finally arrived in front of him but he didn't even looked at me. He don't even know that I've been in front of him already. He snapped into reality when a man from his back, his assistant, tapped his shoulder.

He hesitated before he let his hand out to ask for my hand. I put my hand on his...

My thoughts were interrupted when my phone rings. I quickly pick up my phone that was on the table and answer it. "(y/n)!" I pull away the phone when someone scream my name. "Ouch! Yeji, you don't have to shout. I can hear you." I giggled. "Unnie! I just missed you!" She exclaimed in excitement. "Awww... I miss you too, Yeji! It's been a long time, how are you?"
I asked her.

Yes, she is my best friend. We've been friends since high school. She's always there for me, she took care of me even if I'm older than her. She acts more mature than me way back then. But now, maybe, I learned how to be matured. We've never see each other since I got married. I never have the time to hang out with her.

"I'm totally fine unnie! How about you?" She asked me. I could not answer. " Unnie, is he still....." I cut her words. " No, I'm fine Yeji, don't worry! Haha!" I forced a laugh. "Oh! If I were there I'll beat that man and throw him out of this world, so that he could no longer hurt my unnie!" She jokingly said. We both laughed.

" Thanks you Yeji, you've done so much for me " I said. "Nah! You're making me shy! You don't have to thank me! We're best friends and that's what friends are for! Cheer up now!" She cheered me up.

"Hey, unnie. Do you have free time this week? Let's go out sometimes!"
"Yeji, I'm sorry but you know my husband..." I apologized.

"Aww.. I can't force you to go. But sometimes let me visit you okay?" Yeji asked.

"Of course you can!" I answered. "Alright! Then if I have a free time, I'll go visit you" she's so excited. "Okay!' I exclaimed. "Bye now, I have something to do!" Said Yeji.

"Okay, bye!" Then I hanged up. I missed her.

I went upstairs to fix myself. I'm so dirty, I cleaned the whole house too much! I took a shower, put on Chan's white pulo shirt. I used to wear his clothings, I just felt comfortable with it. I could smell his scent when I wear his clothes. I put on a short pants and then I lied on the bed.

I looked at the picture hanging on the wall in the middle of our mini sala. It's a picture of me and Chan on our wedding day. I was so happy that time.

-Flashback-

" You may now kiss the bride"

When I heard that, I got excited. My first kiss will be given to him. I looked at him, he doesn't look very happy. He seems like he wanted to end this ceremony already.

I smiled at him but he didn't mind me at all. He looked away and that really hurt me. "Ahem!" The pastor coughed and looked at Chan. Chan then put his hand around my waist and give me a peck on the lips... and pulled away immediately. The photographer then took pictures of us.

I look so stupid in that picture. I was the only one who's smiling while the man next to me is just looking at the camera, expressionless.
But I cherish that picture so much. It's the first picture of me and Chan.

At night as she wakes up, she headed out to her balcony to relax and get some fresh air. She thought that her husband hasn't come yet, because there's no one beside her in her sleep.

She heard a sound coming from outside of the room. She decided to check what it was. It was coming from Chan's room. She slowly approached the room at the end of the lobby.

Her heart sank, tears starting to form on her beautiful eyes.
