Chan pulled me to his side, " Hyunjin I'm warning you, if you don't stay away from my wife I will forget that we're best friends" Chan was furious and I can feel it. He's gripping my waist as if someone would come a take me away from him.
"Chan it's a misunderstanding, we we're just talking to each--" I was whispering at him trying to calm him down but he gripped me waist tighter to shup me up. I gasped to myself. "it hurts.."
And then he dragged me inside. I was trembling, I don't know what to do! what if we arrive at home later and.. and hurt me again? He then let me sit on the chair where I'm sitting earlier. We where sitting together with his friends so as we arrived they're on the table, he calmed down but I know that he's still angry.
Hyunjin was left there alone, I know that he wanted to take me away from Chan and he wanted to help me explain because he knew that I'll be hurt if I he misunderstood what's happening earlier. But I gave him a signal to don't be. Because Chan wouldn't be able to control his anger and they might have a fight here in the middle of this event and it's Hyunjin's engagement party, I don't wanna it to be ruined.
I was already shaking thinking of what will gonna happen later. I was overthinking everything when Yeji came out of nowhere and hugged me. " Oh! I missed you so much unnie!!" she exclaimed so cheerfully. I immediately stood up and hugged her back, " I missed you too Yeji, how are you?" I asked her. She smiled, " of course I'm fine, I'm always fine!" she's being hyper and I liked that.
" How about you unnie? how have you been?" she asked me but with a voice full of sarcasm. "I'm doing alright, Yeji" I smiled. I could feel that Yeji is ready to fight, she always been mad at my husband but Chan is angry right now and he might lose his temper and fight back if Yeji didn't stop being sarcasm with her words while we're talking to each other. "Well unnie have you been treated right since you're wedding day?" she's smiling but I knew that she's not that pleased.
"Of course Yeji! Chan always treats me right" and I smiled. "That's a relief. I was always worried about you since then. You know that there are some people out there that never been that kind to their partners" she looked at Chan who's sitting beside me, " I was afraid you might experience the same as the others" and then looked back at me wearing a worried look. Chan suddenly pulled me closer to him grabbing my waist, he gripped my waist gently" Don't worry about her, we've been doing fine, right honey?" he pulled my head to kiss me. I somehow feel happy, him calling me honey makes me happy. I smiled and nodded.
Yeji was about to burst something out, but I immediately stood up and pulled her hand. "Chan excuse me for a moment, Yeji and I will be back" he nodded and I dragged Yeji away.
"What the hell unnie! look how bastard he is, he even have the audacity to act in front of me!" she complained. "No, Yije. Chan and I are okay now" I assured her. "He's been treating me right these past few days," and I gave her a smile.
She sighed, "I'm sorry. I didn't know, I was just worrying about you, look at you unnie" she took my hands. "You've became Skinnier the last time I saw you, don't stress yourself too much" then she saw a bruise on my hand, I pulled away my hands and cover it and she crossed her arms and put on a face, "tsk! if only i knew he would treat you like this I will never agree for you to marry him!"
I lower my head, I questioned myself 'if I knew that he would be like this, would I ever marry him?' I sighed to myself, I knew I would be because I love him. I've already gave myself to be with him. He's always been my dream.
"Yeji don't worry about me," I faintly smiled "Can we talk about other things?" she looked at me and I saw a worried look on her eyes but she agreed.

We've arrived home home but still, Chan never talked to me. He didn't even opened the door for me to get out of the car, well what am I expecting? He directly went inside without even looking at me.
I slowly walked inside of the house, afraid he might beat me again. I was trembling when I saw him sitting on the sofa, he might be tired. " C-chan? are you mad at me?" I nervously asked him. "Just shut up (y/n)! I'm tired" I was startled by him shouting at me. Before he explodes, I quickly got upstairs.
I undressed myself and take a shower, I was so exhausted. After taking a shower, I went inside to put my pajamas on. I still kinda feel dizzy and my vision was kinda blurred. Maybe I was just tired.
I was feeling thirsty so I went downstairs to drink some water. Chan was still there on the sofa, I came to see what he's doing but to my surprise, he was already sleeping and he didn't even changed his suit. He might be exhausted.
