A Lustful Night

Okay, so just to clarify to you, I don't really go to these types of places often. Maybe on special occasions like when I got out of the family but tonight I felt different, I felt like going out and just enjoying my own company.

"I'll take a glass of whiskey and cola please." I said to the bartender.

"Coming right up sir."

I sat down on one of the stools as my drink was handed to me and I took a sip.

"Oh fuck yeah, I can never get tired of the taste of whiskey."

I looked around as the music boomed through the club, people were dancing to the beat and it genuinely looked like everyone was enjoying themselves. As I looked into the crowd I saw a blonde haired girl dancing on a small stage without a care in the world.

"Well it's good to see someone not giving a shit about the world and just enjoying themselves."

I looked to the booths and saw a blue haired girl sitting down and looking into the crowd as she stirred her drink with her finger.

"Maybe I could talk to her, she looks bored."

I stood up and walked over to her and asked if the seat opposite her was free.

"Knock yourself out." Was all she said to me.

I sat down and took a sip of my drink as she continued to look into the crowd.

"See someone you like?" I asked her.

"No offence but I'm only here because a friend dragged me here against my will and I don't have the money to get back home." She told me.

"Well fair enough, honestly you don't seem like the type of person to come to a place like this willingly."

She giggled at this response as she turned around and looked at me for the first time.

"You're right about that, I prefer staying at my house and enjoying some time with me, myself and I." She said with another soft giggle.

"Heh, I know that feeling, I'm only here because tonight is pretty much the only night I've felt like getting out of the house." I stated.

"Well at least you've got a way home, I'm stuck here till my friend decides she wants to go home and that probably won't be till like 3 in the morning."

I looked at my watch and I realised that it meant that she would be staying here for another five hours and she was already looking tired.

"You wanna head home?" I asked her.

She looked at me with a hesitant expression before breathing in.

"If you plan to offer me a ride home then it's a no, you seem like a nice guy but I'm not that stupid." She stated.

"I don't blame you, but no, I didn't drive here cause I'm gonna be drinking tonight." I told her.

I pulled out my wallet and handed her enough cash for a taxi ride to anywhere in the town.

"Is this some kind of bargaining chip? You want me to blow you or something?" She asked as she looked at the cash I just handed her.

"Nope, just thought I'd be nice and help you out." I said to her as I took the last mouthful of my drink.

"Oh, well thanks, I guess I owe you a coffee if we ever see each other again." She said as she stood up.

"I'll hold you to that if we meet again. Have a nice night."

And with that I watched as she walked out the front of the club to head home, I signalled for another drink as I sat in the booth and watched people coming and going.
