Chapter 6

As soon as she walked off I was getting scared.

I did not know anybody knew my secrets. I went in my room and laid on my bed. I laid there for like two minutes and I heard a knock on my door.

I got off my bed and went to go check the door. It was Jack, what was he doing here. I opened the door and he was leaning on the wall. I asked him "What do you want" in a pissed off voice. He had a weird look on his face and said "What's wrong with you and then said " Nothing, what are you doing here aren't you so post to be with your amazing girlfriend." I looked up and he had a pissed off face and told me "Not any more, I broke up with her this morning."
I felt so bad I told him to come in we sat on the little love seat by my bed. He sat down and put his head in his hands. We sat there in silence for a couple of minutes. Then he told me the whole story of what happened between him and Rebeca. I mean I was really happy that they were not together anymore but then I was feeling really sorry for him. He lifted his head with tears in his eyes. I scooted over and told him "Its going to be ok" with a hug. He hugged me back in a wanting way. He pulled away and looked into my eyes and said "You know what we should go over to the beach to do night surfing tomorrow, I was going to go with Rebeca but now that is not going to happen. So what do ya say do you want to come, some of my friends are going to." I thought about it for a minute and thought I do know how to surf but what if he can not stand how good I am and said "Sure sounds like fun." He said great see you tomorrow at 9:00 p.m. He left and Alexis walked in with a puzzled look on her face and said "What are you doing I told you to not even talk to him." I told her the story that how he broke up with Rebeca this morning and said he asked me if I could go night surfing with him and his friends tomorrow. She said "Cool have fun." I said "Wow you are taking this a lot better than I thought you were." She said "I am not your mother so, yeah." After our little conversation I put my pjs on and went to bed.
