CH 12: Surprise

Friday is the most beloved day of the week; specially to students. The students in All Blue upper school (It include middle and high school class) were all exciting for the weekend and a certain group in particular.

"Are you ready for tomorrow?" Nami said with excitement to Kira.

Kira facial expressions became sad as she replied "I suppose"

"What's wrong Kira-chan?" Vivi asks with concern. "do you need help with the preparations?"

""No"

All the girls looked at her "Then what wrong Kira-san "Rebecca was the first to comment.

"Shanks is so emphasis on preparing for his big event tomorrow that he forgot my birthday today"

"WHAT?" all of them were shocked" wouldn't he takes you on a trip since he couldn't throw you a party"

"No"

"Look at the bright side" they looked at Anne "we are going to LetLihght tonight"

"That's right we are going to eat, dance, sing, play, it going to be great" Rebecca comment excitingly.

"Yah, you girls are right, I don't need him to have fun" responded with a happier tone than before, "I feel like I had eaten too much. I am going to a run" with that she headed to the track and field club.

"It's look like she still run when feeling down" Robbin remarked as she finished her drink.

"Well it can't be help it" Nami continued.

Vivi pat Shirahoshi gently on her shoulder "Shirahoshi-san you can speak now"

She stopped drinking to whines instead "I hate lying to her, she looked sad"

A sudden male voice cut their conversation "Who's sad?" It scared Nami and Vivi since it came from behind them. Nami looked behind her only to see Luffy face inches away from her, and the next thing she knows the last meatball disappeared.

Nami said a bit annoyed "Hay, that's main?"

"this is good; Nami do you have more" his smile causes her to automatically turn her head and forbid him form noticing the faint blush that start to display on her cheeks. "No, that's was the last one"

Luffy hummed in disappointment, however it went away in seconds when Vivi offered him what remains from her lunch while clearing a space for him.

Luffy was not the only one, apparently the basketball match between the first and third year has finished and all the boys came back. Moreover, judging by Kid annoyed face the first year has clearly lost the game.

"Where did Kira go?" Ace questioned once he reached the table.

The girls looked at each other before explain what happen. Naturally Ace left the group to look for his girlfriend. As he expected she's having a race with herself. Knowing that shouting her name will get him nowhere, he joined her.

Ace Kept running until he reached her and comment mockingly "you call this running?"

Kira snapped form her thoughts when she heard a voice beside her and this familiar mocking tone can only come from one person.

The moment she looked to the side she sows him smiling chillingly at her. her lips changed into a mocking smirk as she replied. "it's a warm-ups and I defeated you last time with it"

"Babe~, you mean when I let you win" with that he looked a head and runs faster. Causing Kira to pick up her speed. The race ended with a tie, the teen couple took a seat on the grass that surrounds the field drinking the water that has been handed to them by their juniors in the club.
