"Finally!" The commander says as he slumps over on his desk, having finished the last of the mountain of documents he and Bismarck had to look over. Once everything was all sorted out it was left in a big stack for Bismarck to deliver later, and with everything done the commander simply leans back in his chair to relax.

"Commander, I'm going to be off somewhere for a little bit. I trust everything will go well here?" Bismarck asks.

"Don't worry, things will be alright." The commander replies as he looks at the mini sandwiches that Bismarck left behind earlier and eats one. "By the way danke."

"I almost thought you weren't going to even notice them because you were so busy." Bismarck chuckles before she heads off to wherever she needs to be.

"Might as well take a nap..." The commander mumbles as he starts to close his eyes and doze off for now. That's when a certain heavy cruiser peeks in and sneaks over to where the commander is snoozing.

"Hello? Earth to commander?" Eugen asks as she tries to get her commander's attention, but alas it's futile. She then looks over at the massive stack of documents and her eyes go wide. "Mein gott! I can't believe he did all of that! I'm hoping that Bismarck took at least some of it! Well that would explain why he's out like a light..."

"Oi! Eugen! Where are you?" A voice calls out, and another heavy cruiser emerges. She has long blonde hair styled much like Eugen's silver with the addition of a gray cap and is dressed somewhat more sensibly than her. Her emerald green eyes scan the office before they settle on the sleeping commander. "Ugh, is the commander really dozing off at a time like this?"

"Shh, pipe it down Hipper." Eugen says sharply. "You'll wake him up."

"...Mmgh... Huh?" The commander mumbles as his eyes open and he finds his eyes staring into Eugen's honey yellow ones for a few seconds before looking around the room. "Admiral Hipper? What brings you here?"

"I was just looking for my sister." Hipper replies. "I was most certainly NOT asking for something of you! Now stop looking at me like that!"

"Okay okay, geez..." The commander mumbles, putting his hands up.

"You know, I think she's right." Eugen says. "You should be looking at me instead." She giggles as she slowly puts her hand on the commander's chin and guides his head over to her.

"Have you forgotten about me already you dummkopf?!" Hipper suddenly yells.

"What is it? I'm all ears." The commander replies, tuning out Hipper's yelling.

"We haven't had any activity whatsoever and I'm getting bored! Do you want some of us to go out and rough up the Royal Navy or something?" Hipper asks.

"They already have their hands full with the Sakura Empire, I think we should leave them be for now. If they dare attack us the war definitely won't end in their favor." The commander replies, training his eyes on Hipper. "And I don't want us to instigate anything just yet."

"You're a very boring commander you know that?" Hipper says.

"We're using this time to build new technology, and we plan to make it so strong that the Azur Lane will regret ever messing with us. It's as simple as that." The commander replies. "Or are you really asking to get blown up by one of their battleships?" He asks, matching Hipper's snarkiness.

"Ah- I was most certainly NOT!" Hipper yells, sending Eugen into a fit of laughter.

"You're a very interesting commander you know that?" Eugen says between laughs. "This is why I enjoy being around you."

"You stay out of this Eugen!" Hipper shouts at Eugen.

"I was only out for half a hour and I'm already hearing a shouting match, what in the world is going on he- Eugen?" Bismarck asks as she walks into the office.

"Oh hello there Bismarck." Eugen says. "I just wanted to keep our beloved commander company while you were out, and then Hipper decided to butt in."

"Well don't put it that way!" Hipper replies.

"Can you please stop screaming?" The commander asks, covering his ears. "I swear any louder and you're going to make me go deaf..."
