Hikari means light

Relatives : mother = Hoshi Shīkā
Father = Gyazarā Mēka
Appearance :

Bio : When Hikari was born he was shown to have a innate talent to make objects. Due too his talent his parents suspected of him to be some form off genius and believed he would grow up to be a support gear maker. on Hikari's 4th birthday it was revealed he has both of his parents quirks Hoshi ( the mother ) had the ability to light constructs with her imagination from the air around her. Whilst Gyazarā has the quirk spawn which allows him to take anything from  anyplace as long as he knows what makes it and where it currently is however whatever he summons he spawns it from his hands, feet, or mouth but he is not immune too what he summons leading to some limits on what he can summon and use so he commonly summons guns and swords. He never had any friends due to his quirk which every in his grade was scared do to the power of it. Through his life made gadgets to help people. However the time before Sapōto High ( the school he's going to ) he making his most project for himself. It's a white book a filled with his ability of light construction to use in battle. And would at his time during Sapōto High  it making more powerful and create this

( the purple and blue is all illuminating yellow light ) which he stores his energy in side of it to create objects to help summon his light swords quicker or make light wings to fly around ) when he got into Sapōto High made for support items he met 2 other people who he become friends with. However the schools gets attacked by villains and were transfer students to UA ( where he got the UA samples from and others. The friends will be their own character I'll make i already know what they do. They all arrive just before the UA camp trip )

Quirk 1 : light construction
Des : able to create light objects, creatures, beams from light. The quirk is also able to concentrate itself to explode making explosions and it can also make break flashes of light to blind people
Quirk 2 : spawn
Des : able to take anything if he knows where it is and stored ( if it is ) from his hands mouth or feet. The draw back is he's not immune to what he summons so it could be to heavy poisonous etc

Instead of paper it's thin metal sheets which have drawing burned in them. The reason for this is that his quirk requires imagination and time to construct it, so the images in the grimoire are 2d which when used the shape of what it is lights up and create a 2d shape of what it is wherever he wants and turns the 2d shape to 3D quicker making about 3x quicker to summon light swords etc than without. ( although without is still quite quick )
As a pass time he ( without permission ) to dna samples from some of the class 1-A students like Izuki's quirk in order to make a light version where it acts the same as one for all but white and yellow the drawbacks are less severe. )

Weapons : light armoury ( stores weapons light wings etc so he can fly or shoots swords from behind him to his opponent )

With similar sheets of metal with designs on them it has a rotating mechanism where with pushing his back out it activates or if he pushes his chest out it also activates. He can summon swords from his back up to 3 max at once where he can grab them as if they were strapped on his back or makes tendrils or even wings to fly.

Favourites : his friends , his family , making weapons and support items , testing his weapons on dummies or people.( very enthusiastic when it comes to creations and likes to test them as soon as possible making people sometimes thinks he's a villain since when using them he looks slightly insane )

Least favourite : his creations failing , his friends being sad / family , perverts , and people using creations for evil

Alias : gas cephalopod / vigilante

Looks / what he does :
the front part of the gas mask if empty where Hikari fills it full of different kinds of poisonous gasses with different effects with the help of spawn and a lab where his father works which deals with chemicals. Their are extremely sharp wires coming out of them leading into two pairs of gloves which change colour depending on what sort of poison it is ( belladonna would be purple to warfarin which he uses a lot it causes internal bleeding)

The wires from the mask with the help a friend with a quirk which gives life to inanimate objects he uses the very sharp wires to disconnect from the gloves to attack the opponent. Their length can vary with the dna he collects from a kid at his old school which extends objects to a max of 50 meters. Which he uses to either grab onto people leaving them with severe wounds due to them cutting into to them.
