Suddenly i felt a hand on my shoulder 

"hey Tannar it's okay, it's okay I'm here with you now" the man said rubbing my shoulders, from behind me, calming me down  "I heard about you and Lachy" the man continued but by now I had identified who it was and I now knew I was safe

"I couldn't be in a relationship with him not after Lannnan" after the mention of his name I felt like bursting into tear but before I could I heard the man tell me him and his wife have broken up and  are waiting for the divorce papers. 

After this the man moved from the back of the bench to sitting next to me. Neither of us looked at each other we just stared into the distance. Watching the yellows, reds and pinks all merge together and the once blue sky turn a dark navy with glistening little white sparks fo light. And then I heard  cray whispering something and it took me a minute to figure out that he was praying, he was praying for Lannnan.

I moved slightly closer to him our shoulders now touching but then this man put his arm out and around me pulling me in close and whilst we where in this close embrace I felt protected and safe and I felt everything melt away the pain of Lannnan the worries of Marcus is all gone.
