Many things happened in 2019 some are good and some are extremely bad, I pray that 2020 brings happiness and joy into our lives and I pray we choose the right path forever and ever..

Mirhal smiled at everyone as she adjusted her apron,the place was so noisy that she can't even hear her own voice when she talks..

A happy new year eat and drink party is taking place and Amma's restuarant and bakery were chosen as the chefs of the day..

"Areef what are you standing for,come on let's continue serving":Mirhal said eying Areef who was standing with a grumpy face..

"Mirhal I don't like all those noisy places, I tend to have headache when the place is noisy":he replied sincerely..

"Sorry about that":she said smiling at him..

"Don't you think 2019 said goodbye to us in a short span of time,like I still remember everything that happened on 1st January 2019 and now we are in 2020,I just can't believe it":she said after some minutes of silence..

Areef raised his head also in thoughts,everything in life runs like a marathon just like 2019 even 2020 will go in a short span of time..

"Yes it actually did":he said after thinking for a while..

"So how did you find your 2019":she said smiling..

In her heart she wanted to portray every story of his without minding or keeping any grudge,she wanted to know him inside out..

"2019's beginning was full of sadness, I nearly lost it but then my prayers were answered I earned morethan I ever thought,we learned how to smile again and be happy without any worry or boundary, I accepted life and embraced it and then I found you":he found himeself saying the last words without any control of his moving lips..

To say Mirhal's heart skip a beat would surely be an understatement because her eyes bore into his immediately after he said it out..

"I made many mistakes in 2019, I did bad things that hearts can't comprehend but you know I understood one thing at the end,being sad doesn't give you the opportunity to be bad,2020 will be better Insha Allah":he said as he smiled at her..

She smiled as she fell in love over again and again with the smile of this man infront her and how his dimples twitch makes her more happier that it reached her eyes..

"2020 will be a year of happiness,a year of repentance to our mistakes,and a year that will bring us closer to our Almighty":She said as she smiled more to herself..

He looked at her as he thought to himself how someone's smile can be so cute and intimidating just like he finds her smile,he thanked Allah for meeting her in 2019 so it's indeed his favourite year which will forever be unforgettable,he found an Angel in that year..

Both of them sat down lost in their river of thoughts,they found each other and love also found them..

As each breath they take they pray that they see 2021 just like they saw 2020 together,they would like to be together till death replace birth...
