chapter 5

With Russia

He was trying to pack his boxes in his car, but his dad kept asking him to double check everything on his list.

His dad wanted him to be more like Ukraine. All neat and organized. He was also a straight-A student and as far as Russia knows, straight. Russia was not. He mostly got B and Cs. They are twins. But Russia is taller and 1 minute older.

Russia wanted to room with Ukraine, but he had pick Canda. Russia like Canda but dislike his twin America.

A scowl went on Russia's face as he thought about the capitalist. He thought about all the times he and America fought. (Which isn't much.) The cold war and the red scare and the selling of Alaska. He and America did not get along at all.

Another thing he did not like about America is all of his kids. But Russia will forever denies it but he admire him for raising 50 kids. (They r all siblings.)

He slammed the door shut and started the car so he can go to his dorm room.

He was planning to room by himself this year. So you can imagine his surprise when he walk into his room to find someone sleeping on the couch. Not just a random country, it is America. The one and only America.

Russia wonders if he has really bad luck. (He does).

He saw a small box on the island. He put down his 1st round of boxes and walked over to the small box. Once he got there he open it up. He saw a lot of pictures in the box. He pick up some of them and look at them. On top of the pile was a picture of America and Michigan in front of a large body of water. He guessed it was one of the great lakes. He flipped to the next one. It was America and New York posing in front of a really tall building. The one after that was a group photo of 11 people. Russia did not recognize any of them.

"What are you doing here,commie"

Russia face went into a frown.

"Don't call me commie"

"Yeah, whatever. I asked what are you doing here comie."

"Well," Russia rubbed the back of his neck, "apparently I am your roommate."

Russia wanted to laugh at America's face, but he did not.
