So in here were gonna do thigh workout

Its from the same playlist as the belly workout, this workout is from youtube channel the better us

Soo without any further doo

Lets 👏burn👏 the👏 fat 👏

Actually thigh is my 2nd insecurity (exept my grade ;-;)

I always wanna have slim toned legs and ThiGh GaPp • ,●

Soo hope this work for me and for u guyss~

My right thigh : 19 inch
My left thigh : 19,3 inch

Day 1 : Ughh while doing the workout
my thigh felt so heavyy and got
worse each sets i doo. Buttt
when i walked after do this, my
thigh felt so lightt >-< gonna
keep this upp <3

Ps * i do 3/5 of the workout partss >-<

* i do 3 sets each 20 counts
everyday (hope doesnt sore ;-;)

* gonna measure this each weekk

* as being said at the video,
doing this workout 2~3 times a
week is recomended

* so hope u guys dont push urself
too hardd

* Remember to eat healthy and
keep hydrated guyss <3
