Humans have created a contrast between humanity and doxology
Where we harm one another over political and territorial gain
One being a human concept and the other that isn't ours to detain
We use this unconditional love towards congregations
To justify our actions and establish exoneration
When we all have one thing in common, our right to believe
In a life worth living under God's religious warranty
I wish for a day we step back from this sense of entitlement
And ask ourselves,
"Despite the God we believe in, wouldn't 'he' want us to get along
and take care of this Earth we live within?"
Modern warfare and public executions,
Today's tactic of resolving international complications
Between right and wrong, rich and poor, good and evil
The balance our world needs but fails to tame under primeval
The balance is becoming nonequivalent
As the riots and terrors have no ambivalence
The Earth is rapidly changing without hesitation
One more man made catastrophe will doom us all
Into a world wide manifestation
