Vacation in Hawaii: Chapter 27

4 months later (December)

Alice’s POV

It was only about 6 months till the wedding and 2 months till I give birth to the twins, the planning for both was stressful. Greyson and I are taking a break for two weeks from both to spend time with our families. The first week we’re spending it with my family at my parents house and the second at his.

We were in the jet flying to the island right now. The flight was a three hour flight and we were 2 and half hours into the flight. I was sitting in the reclined chair looking out the window right now, Greyson was doing things on his laptop right now. I was about to close my eyes when I heard him call my name.

“Alice.”

“Ya?” I asked turning my head his direction.

“Do you wanna visit your friends while we’re here?” he asked.

“Ya.” I yawned. “We have to give them their gifts anyway.” I said sleepy.

He closed his laptop and walked over to me. He kneeled on the right side of the chair so he could look up at me.

“Tired?” he asked taking my small hand in his. I nodded and yawned in response. “Go to sleep we’ll be there in an hour and a half.” he said softly rubbing the back of my hand with his thumb.

He leaned up and kissed my lips. He then put his left arm under my upper back and his right under my knees lifting me up carrying me bridal style. He then walked us over to leather couch he was sitting on earlier and sat down laying me down. I then looked down at my seven month belly thinking of what it would be like after their born, I couldn’t help but smile at the thought of my babies. I looked up and saw Greyson typing away on his phone, not even trying to spend time with me. Whenever we do spend time together, it’s always for the wedding or the twines. I just try and let it slide and let myself fall asleep.

Greyson’s POV

I have been so busy lately with work which is holding my surprise for Alice before we land in Hawaii. I was getting constant emails for my schedule or meetings and stuff that I really don’t want to know till I get back from my 2 week break with Alice.

I was replying to an email right now concerning a photo shoot with Alice. They wanted us to do an interview concerning how we are and our lives lately. I was replying saying we’d think about it and get back to them. I was finally done and locked my phone. I let out a sigh of relief and looked down and saw the girl I loved for so long here with me and soon having my children with me. I loved her for so long that I’m glad we’re together, I found someone who loves me and who likes to hide her natural beauty under fake beauty.

We finally landed in Hawaii and exited the plane Alice walking first to the car with her luggage and her purse with me following behind. She didn’t say that to much to me the whole flight or well for the past few weeks, I notice she’s been really distant lately. I hope the surprise will bring us closer.

I put my luggage in the trunk along with Alice’s and got into the car where Alice was talking away on the phone.

“Ya mom.” she said well I know she’s talking to her mom.

“We’re on our way right now. We just landed a few minutes ago.” she paused. “The whole family’s there. Oh, ok. So is Brittney? Maika? Bri? and everyone else. Oh and him.” she cringed when she said him. I wonder who ‘him’ is. “Oh ok. I’ll see you guys when we get there.” she said. “Love you too. Bye.” she said and hung up her phone. She let out a frustrated sigh and leaned her head back on the chair.
