Hi.

My name Jenna Irish Coles. Soon to be 18, yay!

Me and my family are living now in Miami. With my Father, Andrew Coles as a big name at politics and my Mother, Samantha Reed Coles as the owner of the highest grossing jewelry company in America.

I am on my way to school now. MU really is my first choice in college. Well, they do have pretty cool stuffs and opportunities here which I badly need.

When I finally stepped out of my service, I took a deep breathe first. Knowing that from now on, there will be challenges that will surely come into my life so I have to be strong and ready.

Gripping tighter to the straps of my backpack, I put my biggest smile in front of everybody when I enter the first class I'm in which is Literature.

Seeing a vacant sit in the front, I quickly sat there because I can't deny that my toes hurt a bit now.

"Hi"

My face automatically turn to face the one who greeted me.

"Hi" I flashed my smile to him. Do my face looks okay or something? Do I look presentable enough? Oh subconscious.

"I'm Joel Pimentel. Nice meeting you" he offers his hand to me so I respectfully do the honor to shake with it.

"Jenna Coles"

His hair is kind of curly black. God his features are so perfect. But really, I do not find it attractive. Maybe I'm just into books, not boys. But he seems kind and sweet. A friend will do.

Literature time went so fast. Before I pick up my backpack again to roam the whole campus finding my next class, I take a glimpse of my schedule card.

"What is your next class Jenna?" Joel asked me. We are kind of friends now. That's good isn't it? I successfully have a friend now in college.

"I am heading in Calculus" I replied.

"Oh cool. I'm heading the same. Just gonna grab first some coffee to wake up my system. Wanna join?"

"Yeah sure. I do love coffee too"

He ordered some Frappuccino while I ordered the classic black.

"Really? Didn't expected that girls want black coffee" he chuckles with his dimples visible in his cheeks.

I shoot him a playful glare then laugh with him.

"I am different from them"

While we are still giggling about the coffee stuff, my eyes travel to look at my watch just to find out that we are running late from our next one.

We practically run just to be able not to be late. And I found hanging out with him is amusing. Well, Calculus is kind of a hell even at this early state of semester. Adding to the fact that it basically sucks our brains out, our professor there is so grumpy old man who always just sit on his swivel chair with his feet up in the table. It is obviously annoying.

Me and Joel decided to eat in the cafeteria together before we head off to our separate classes. Me in Biology and him in Spanish. Then our last classes will be together, General Math.

"Pure vegetable lunch?" He pipes in while he is eating his own meal.

"Yep. I'm not really fond of something else. Kind of vegetarian, but not really"

"You really do have to add other color in your meal"

"I am fine with these"

"It won't hurt one right? Have one of this" then he slides off to the table a Mars chocolate bar. I haven't eaten chocolates for a long time now.

"Uhm. Sure. Thank you" then we continued eating.

While we are silently savoring what we are eating, a group of boys got to our table. Haven't seen them before.

"Joelito Pimentel have a new chick!" The one with the beanie said, making them laugh with it.

I already feel like I will be hating them because of their attitudes. I swear to God I am keeping my best to not roll my eyes in irritation.

"I am Jenna Coles. His friend. Do you guys mind to tell what is their business here? Or state their names professionally either?" I really put a little attitude to what I said. Because it is not just right to act like a superior into someone you didn't even knew.

'Oohs' and 'Aahs' are what I heard thereafter my bitchy question to them.

Before the tension stays more, Joel speak out.

"It is not what it seems Jenna" he smiled. What the? Why is he smiling? He is not offended by their rude approach?

"Can you please enlighten me?" Really, I am confused now.

"They are my friends"

Can someone please hit me in the face?! Or can someone please slap me and tell me to put my jaw back to its place? Cause it feels like my jaw dropped 100 ft. below the ground.

"This is Christopher Velez" he points to the one who is wearing the glasses which practically assaulted me minutes ago.

"Richard Camacho" the one who is dark skinned with piercing in his nose.

"Zabdiel De Jesús" the one who is the highest and has a well built body.

"And, this is Erick Colon" he points to the last one. But I can't barely see him because he is a the back, probably doing something much more important.

The Erick finally get out of the back and now I can see him clear as water does.

Woah. He have a gray green eyes which looks so amazing. His face looks like an actor or something. Can't lie he is damn attractive, but I swear to God that I will not let them slip away from their informality awhile ago.

"So?" I look straight into Joel's eyes. I just can't imagine Joel with these kind of dudes. Rude dudes actually.

"Don't care who they are. Or who they are to you. The real gist here is why you guys are so wrong in approaching" I stand my ground. My parents thought me how to have that etiquette, and I can't let other people to be lack of it. It's just disgusting to be like that.
