"I was just playing ninja you stupid old fart!" The sound of a child crying sounds then fades, Konohamaru realizes it is him when he was 3; he had stolen his grandfather's kunai from his room and ended up cutting himself badly on his hand, and when he was scolded he stuck out his tongue in defiance.
*SNAP*
A child's crying can be heard once again, he then feels an immense burning pain in his leg. Gritting his teeth as the throbbing pain grows; he averts his tear filled gaze down as he feels his leg breaking. He recalls the time when he was 4 and he fell out of a tree, leaping across the branches like he saw the academy kids doing.
"AAAAAGGGGGGHHHHH!!!!!" He yells out, as more and more memories flood his mind, all of him experiencing any ounce of pain in his life. "S-STOP!! SARADA STOP!!" He pleads within his mind, but there is no end, bones break, blood splatters, teeth torn out, and cuts all over his body. Then it hits him, the Pain invasion when he squared off against the Naraka path (Jigokudo), that feeling like his life force was being sucked out of his body. But its different this time, the pain is much worse, as if his skin was being peeled off and he was dunked in an acidic substance; he was sure he was going to die at this moment, he should have.
"These eyes...see everything..." A whispering voice says within his mind.
"S...Sensei?" Sarada slowly reaches her hand out, "Boru...to?"
"Sarada what did you do?! What new jutsu did you master?! Undo it! Now!" Mitsuki begs his comrade to release their teammates, eyes tightly closed and brows deeply furrowed as he continues to try and pull Boruto away, but he doesn't move.
"I...don't know. I don't even understand what's happening," she grabs both sides of her head and squeezes her eyes shut, "the last thing I remember is Konohamaru-sensei asked me to explain what happened. Then I blinked and...and then he's hurting!" Sarada worriedly explains her perspective, pulling her knees up to her chest. Her mind now has images of her sensei and teammate in so much pain; pain she can't even describe, even from when they were mere children. She slowly opens her eyes and raises her hand, touching Boruto's cheek, his still and worried expression motionless as his eyes stare holes into her.
"AAAAAAAAAHHHH!!!!" Boruto screams, instantly flying back onto Mitsuki, the paralysis immediately vanishing, but he screams non-stop; gripping the sides of his head and curling up into a fetal position and shaking.
"Boruto!!" Mistuki exclaims; while kneeling beside his comrade he places a hand on him, only to feel a warm wet substance. When he turns his hand to look at his palm, it's covered in blood; Mistuki forces Boruto on his back, ignoring his cries of agony and tears his jacket open. He reveals his once white shirt is now completely stained red, he rips a pant leg off and deep cuts and dark bruising litter the young Genin's leg.
Sarada gasps, not understanding in the slightest what has happened but knows that those are the same cuts she saw in Boruto's past, in a frenzy of disbelief, panic and anxiety she stumbles out of the bed and runs to the bathroom, closing the door and locking it.
Mitsuki stares in disbelief at his bloody comrade; Boruto panting heavily, his face contorted with agony, then moments later he goes limp and loses consciousness from the pain.
"Mitsuki; give me a rundown of what's going on," Mitsuki whips his head around and he sees the Hokage standing in the room assessing both Boruto and Konohamaru; Lord 6th; Kakashi, has come too and is walking about the room, assessing if anything was damaged through the ordeal. "I know about her eyes, but what happened with these 2 once she made eye contact?" As Mistuki explains the situation, Naruto stares at the bathroom where Sarada has locked herself away.
