The Princess

I sat beside the bed of the Bunyip I had rescued from those crooks. I thought back to when we had gotten to hospital. They ended up having to sedate her in order to get her away from me. I put my hand in her paw, I think is what it was. The Bunyip had been able to escape with only some bruises and scrapes.

(I'm just gonna call it a hand)

As I held her hand, I watched her's close around mine and her eyes fluttered open. I smiled and before I could open my mouth, the Bunyip lunged for me, embracing me tightly.

She drew her head back as she said, "Thank you so much for saving me mouse."

The door opened and I looked up to see an older looking Bunyip standing in the doorway. I recognized her within seconds and I got to my feet as soon as I could. The Bunyip shifted around so that her stomach was to my back.

I bowed as I said, "Queen Namya! It's an honor!!"

I then watched as a floof covered tail came near my face. I braced to be hit but nothing happened. The tail pushed up on my chin and I looked up to see Queen Namya smiling as tears rolled down her cheeks. Then I felt the Bunyip release herself from me and she came stand next to Queen Namya. That's when I realized who I had saved.

"Princess Daisy... It's more than just an honor to be able to meet you." I said bowing so deeply, I thought I was going to tip over.

When I stood up, Queen Namya was standing right in front of me. I'm not going to lie, she scared the crap out of me. But instead of jumping back, screaming my head off in the process, I just stood there straight backed and stared at the wall.

Then Queen Namya suddenly embraced me and I heard her start crying. I instinctively hugged her and started to pet her head soothingly, hoping to hell that this wasn't the wrong thing to do. She pulled away and looked up at me happily.

*Im probably going to jail aren't I....* I thought to myself.

"You are the first person who actually comforted me...." she said with a serious look.

Before I could say anything, Queen Namya proceeded to circle around me a few times, looking me up and down. To be honest, I was scared out of my mind.

"Mom are you done with my mouse yet?" Daisy asked in a whining voice.

Queen Namya stopped in front of me and said, "If you treat my daughter badly in any way, I will have you sucked dry by the women of my village..."

She just smiled and turned away. I waited to shiver at the thought of that. Suddenly Daisy shot at me like a cobra and wound herself around me, giggling the whole time. She rested her bosoms on my head.

"Forward Mouse!" Daisy said laughing.

I couldn't help but smile and laugh to myself as I walked out of the room. Waiting outside was Rochni and Cali, both of them looking like they're gonna pop soon.

As we returned home, Daisy and the girls hit it off almost immediately. When we got home, Ms. Smith' car was siting outside. I sighed as I helped carry all of the bags in. I set them down in the entry way and smiled at the fact that I was finally home.

I looked up the stairs to see Ms. Smith looking down at me with an amused look on her face.

"Come on Daisy. Your room is ready." Ms Smith said.

Daisy nodded and let go of me before heading upstairs with Ms. Smith. I stretched my back and hear a few pops come from it. I sighed as I gave Cali and Rochni head pats before going up to my room. I shut and locked my door to get a little privacy and when I turned to my bed, I found two nicely wrapped boxes along with the ones from my sister and mom. But then there was a fifth one that caught my attention. It was from my dad.

I opened it to find a set of keys and a not that told me to go to the address tomorrow. I was curious as to what he got me and I moved on to my sister's gift. It was a new hand knit beanie hat which I just laughed at. My mom's gift was a couple books that she somehow knew Id been wanting for a while now. I opened Cali's gift and it was a matching set of collars. One had Cali's name engraved in it and the other was actually a wristband that looked like a collar. I smiled at the Cali's gift and turned Rochni's gift which was fucking massive. I opened it to see set after set of clothes. There was a not that said:

'I made each of these with my own silk and with all the love in the world.
Love you Koibito!

I smiled as I felt the clothes and they felt like a mix of fleece and silk. I smiled as I put on a pair of pajamas. I sighed as I cleaned up the wrapping paper and other items before crawling into bed and falling asleep in the softest pajamas ever.

So there's that! I think in hind sight this was a very wholesome chapter. I'm probably gonna start on the next chapter because I have an idea I want to get started before I for get it so, expect the next chapter soon!
