Violet POV
I woke up feeling kind of sick but in order to not make anyone worry I just went to school. Bad idea. I fell asleep in class, I was coughing, in PE is where I lost it.
"You guys are gonna run 800 meters around this track, got it?" The teacher said.
We all started running, normally I just jogged a little with my friends since it seemed useless running. I also had inhaled lots of smoke from cigarettes since it was normal in my environment. I had bad stamina because of that. But today was different. I couldn't even speed walk with my friends and I was limping.
"Violet, you alright?" Leon asked me.
"Uhhhh y-yeah.."
He walked with me for a bit. I started coughing and I stopped.
"Umm guys..! Come over here for a minute..?" He called out to our other friends.
"What is it?"
"She won't stop coughing.. I'm worried."
"No... I'm fi-" but I was cut off by another cough... this one was more violent though and I felt something come out... shit!
"Holy shit!" He said.
"Is that.. blood?" Trash asked.
"What else could it be?" Byakuya said.
"No.. guys I'm actually fine.... let's go..." I say..
We walked and they all seemed concerned by me. I started seeing my vision get blurry and I fell to the ground.
Leon POV
"Violet!"
"Oh god..."
"She fainted."
"Cmon I'll carry her to the teacher. I'll go home with her too." I said and I picked her up.
"Okay."
I took her home and stuff. I set her down in her bed and I made sure she wasn't too hot. I just waited and she woke up.
"Thank goodness you're awake. I was worried."
"Oh yeah..."
"What happened..?"
"I don't know..."
"You aren't normally sick... this isn't normal..."
"Wait... I know..."
"What?"
"I remember drinking a bottle of poison. I don't know if it was deadly but someone forced it down my throat. It's the type that takes effect years later...."
"Oh shit..."
"I'll be okay.... I suppose..."
She started coughing more and more blood came out. She then went unconscious.
