Nasa kalagitnaan ako ng exam ng mag vibrate ang phone ko. Someone is calling but I cannot reach for my phone in my pocket because I am still answering the exam.
Five missed calls registered on my phone from the same unknown number. I tried to call back but the number is already unavailable.
Before exiting the school I received a text message from the same number.
Unknown: Mangga Street. 5th Lamp Post. 9pm. Tonight
I checked my time it's just 8:30 pm. I have a gut feeling that this is a prank and I want to know who will be behind this gimmick.
I waited for Andrea and some of our friends to help me catch the prankster in our neighborhood.
We arrived at the location 8:50 pm and we hide ourselves overseeing the 5th lamp post down the street.
Nobody showed up. We stayed until 9:30 pm but nobody still showed up.
"Baka naman wrong sent lang yan Jen?" Sambit ni Jeremiah.
"Oo nga naman Jen." Dagdag ni Andrea.
"Wrong sent? The same street where I live? Coincidence lang ba 'to? Napaka imposible naman." Paliwanag ko.
"Oh baka naman nakita tayo at hindi na tinuloy ang prank?" Sabi ni Alvin sabay labas sa pinagtaguan namin.
Baka nga siguro tama si Alvin kaya pina-uwi ko na lang sila at umuwi na rin ako.

Nawala na rin sa isip ko kinabukasan ang failed prank na yun.
"Hello? Andrea?" Palabas na ako ng gate ng nag ring ang phone. Tumatawag si Andrea
"Asan ka na?" Tanong ni Andrea na halos hindi ko marinig sa pagmamadali ko sa paglabas.
"Eto na palabas na ako. Magkita na lang tayo sa school." Dali kung pinatay ang tawag para maglakad papunta ng sakayan sa kanto.
Umagaw sa atensyon ko ang lamp post. Ang 5th lamp post na tinukoy kagabi sa text. Parang may inscription sa poste na ngayon ko lang napansin.

Now this is creepy. This is no longer a mere coincidence but a deliberate act of a stalker? This is not even making any sense at all.
Bakit isusulat pa sa poste kung pwede namang i-text? Or personal?
I tried to call again the number but still unavailable at hindi rin naman nag rereply sa text ko. Deadma na rin ako dahil nagmamadali na ako sa klase baka ma late na naman ako.
