"Nine" ( part 1)

Nine's PoV

"move aside !! move aside !! dont block the way !!" the officers pushed me and everyone else that crowding infront khun Joong's house , everyone including me was too curious why khun Joong's house suddenly caught on fire, but thankfully people and some officers successfully turned down the fire , only the front part of the house was damaged , i thought the fire didnt even reach the main house

my mind was at ease because at this hour khun Joong usually already went to the palace or to his friend's place , but that wasnt last long when the moment i saw the officers rushed from inside the house

they came out and they carried someone that already all covered , people was murmuring , pushed each other to get a better sight of the person they carried

my heart beating like crazy .. but i tried to be calm

the officers brought that person to the kinda high rank officials there , i recognized some of them , they must be the ministers that khun Joong always trying to get rid , as they examined that person , i heard someone said

"oh heaven !! that's the farang !!! " that man gasped and made everyone else more curious and pushed each other too see

felt like my blood drained , my heart beat and my world stopped , it cant be true .. but i decided to walked closer as i took a better look

just a moment before the high ranked officials told the officers to bring him to the palace and cover his face again, i caught a glimpse of his face

i covered my mouth as i held my tears , i dont want to believe it but ..

it's indeed khun Joong ...

-flashback the night before-

khun Joong gathered everyone in the house and asked us to leave and he gave us all the servants generous amount of money , yes .. he told us that not to come again .. forever , for us the servants , it's kinda rare , if our master wanted to disown us , they could do that freely , not to bother even hand me money like this , even though all of us were confused , we couldn't ask more but do as he said

i didnt want to go , i really didnt want to go , but no matter how hard i tried and begged him for me to stay here , he didnt budge , I cried as i bowed to his feet asking if i did something wrong , i asked for his forgiveness and begged him to let me stay with him

i prepared myself if he was about to kick me off from his feet like he always do , but that night .. it was different , no harsh words came from his mouth but instead he slowly squatted down and tapped my shoulder

"i'm sorry that you've met a wrong master , who didnt treat you any good ..

if you still consider me as your master then listen to my words , please leave this house , leave as far as you could and never looking back .. this is my last order to you .."

i was looking at his eyes and shook my head "i cant .. i really cant master .. anything else .. anything else but leaving your side .. " tears started rolling "my life , my soul, are only for you .. without you then i'm no longer living .. "

khun Joong wiped the tears on my cheek as he was smiling .. it was the softest touch i ever felt

"Nine .. you're beautiful , smart , and the most important is you're actually a good person ..

you will meet someone good as well and start a new life together , you can have your cute little family , and have sons and daughters as beautiful as you .. alright ?" khun Joong patted my hair

i shook my head even more "i dont want that master .. i dont want .. i only want to be always beside you forever .."

"Nine .. dont waste your precious life for me , you deserve a better life , a good new life ..
